SECRET To Build BIG REAR DELTS Fast (Psst! Bands)

  • Need bigger rear delts? I think everyone could use a little more posterior delt so let's get after it.
I've always found that bands are the best way for someone to create the mind muscle connection on shoulders but more specifically the rear delt. Most people have a hard time getting them to contract and not letting other muscle dominate the movement. This video will help you fix that.
Let me know what video you want next and get after it!!

I like what you do Ryan. You are a good trainer. You don’t treat “us” viewers like neophyte lifters but instead you assume we know something - like years of something - and then you put some frosting on the cake. Yeah. I said it. I have been steadily throwing in some of your “schtuff” for a couple months now and it is a good change for me. Change means growth. I’m working my back a lot more now cuz of you for instance. But perhaps the thing I like MOST about what you do is Mind Muscle Connection. I’m actually quite conscious of that now in the gym and it’s cuz of you Bubba. Finally - short videos well edited get to it and get done. Thanks for that especially.
