Why Your Triceps Aren't Growing (STILL NOT WHAT YOU THINK!!)

  • Can't figure out why your triceps aren't growing? This video will help you get back to basics and start to connect with and more importantly get them growing!
    Big takeaways:
Focus on the initial part of the contraction
Up the rep range to 15-30 reps
If you need to isolate your triceps by lying on a bench, keeping the chance of your traps jumping in out of the equation.

There is a video I can't remember the dude, but he trains his shoulders for 30 days in a row and explains the science behind it. I have naturally had pretty decent shoulders and never had to really train them but i thought fuck it, ill try it and I did see quite a big change. My strength went up slightly also for pressing.
