    अंकित भाई आपका काम बेस्ट है मेरे लिए आप भगवान समान है मैं 6 महीने से कोचिंग में तैयारी कर रहा था लेकिन जब से आप की ट्रिक शुरू की है मैंने 2 महीने से तो मुझे अच्छा रिजल्ट मिल रहा है मेरा सोला सौ मीटर का टाइमिंग 6:00 मिनट से 20:00 आ रहा था अभी 5:30 से 20:00 आ रहा है thank you so much sir

    Sometimes due to second wind also pain start in individuals...but when they continue that activity pain disappear...this happens only due to lack of supply of oxygen in different muscles of the body then pain starts but when we continue that activity supply of oxygen takes place in an appropriate manner
