supercharger is suprisingly good i use it more than any other effect from NI
You were talking about some stock ableton plugin that gives you a loud aggressive sound then went straight to xfer OTT
xfer ott is already build in to ableton, but not on other daws

If rock producers start abusing OTT then rock records will become as unlistenable as most EDM. OTT (whether you use Ableton's multiband comp preset, the Xfer copy, Cramit, or XTT by Vinai) is really interesting when used subtly, but so many people aren't being subtle with it. A whole generation will end up with tinnitus as a result.

Your style of writing is genuinely infuriating. The script feels like I'm reading a continuous clickbait video title. Additionally, the sound effects come off as near satyrical and make this entire experience closer to a 10 minute Tiktok than anything else. Quite jarring.

We shouldn't forget that Pros (which means they do it for a living, which means they get paid for what they do) get paid to use paid plugins in their videos.
I am not unfamiliar to these concepts, these plugins or to their respective hardware counterparts, where applicable; but how might one confirm or verify the validity of any of the aforementioned mixers using such software to implement said techniques?
Thanks for including the list of free plugins in the description. I got quite tired pausing and rewinding the video every time a picture popped up and then disappeared.
Can I just say that supercharger GT is the best for saturation when it comes to electronic beats imo. The attack n release is a bit weird but when it comes to fattening your drums and with nice warm saturation which is not too over the top this is the one. I have most popular plugins but this is always on every from track when I want that beefy sound
One thing that's bad about "free" plugins is all that data mining.

Soundmagic is Mac only at this time... Most of the other options include Windows compatibility.
The free options from Slate require a hardware iLok, I haven't used a hardware dongle since you were in diapers.
I didn't like the presentation, and would have apprecaited hearing some samples of how the plugins are used and what they do, but as a list of plugins, it is ok.
But El Juan Limiter isn't free it's $30 !

Why does your audio quality hurt my ears? Maybe attenuate some high mids of your voice with an eq. I recommend Fabfilter ProQ, your daw stock plugin will do the job, too.

Guys don't trust video like this, there are thousands of other plugins (DAW stock or free or cheap) to get THE SAME RESULT, I ensure u in a blind test it's impossible to tell which is which between the same type of device (4 ex from one saturator to another, or reverbs, eqs...) THE REAL DIFFERENCE IS HOW U USE IT, not the specific manufacturer. Either do u really think u can tell which eq u've used in a blind test? If u think yes, then make a try... Use themagic eq in the video and then turn it off and use another eq with the same settings. Now without looking try to guess and match... ...No way, the person makes the difference, not the plugin, JUST LEARN HOW TO USE THEM!!! There are no ''secret plugins pros want to keep secret'', com'on, this is the stupidest thing EVER. Write good music, THAT will maybe take u to success, no magic/secret plugins required.

these are like the best researched plugin reviews i have ever seen here. do you do your own research, like looking tons of masterclasses and taking notes when they say what they use? because you give context in which situation they are used. other reviews are more like:"LOOK FREE!" and often it has no value other than ten minutes of fun.

Supercharger GT is worth every penny. I use it all the time - great on anything, depending on what you're trying to do.
I heard about Supercharger GT through watching Machine the producer on URM. He sets up two pre-master busses, one called "Inside" that you route everything except bass drums, sub bass, toms and anything with problematic harmonic content to and it has a compressor and Supercharger GT on that, then the "Outside" one gets all that stuff you left off the "Inside" buss. This way, your instruments and vocals and drum rooms and everything can be compressed to hell and back and the low end and problematic content for compressors runs dry on the Outside buss, unaffected by what is on the Inside buss. Supercharger GT works REALLY good for this because of the saturation and character adjustments
