Instead.... I was pleasantly surprised - you covered at least 3-4 that I'd never heard of before (and also reminded me of some that I'd downloaded but forgotten about!). That said, before people go out and spend a tons of money on these, I'd say learn to use your DAW's stock plugins. Whether it be Logic, FL, Abelton or Bitwig, they all have excellent plugins that can do the vast majority of what these plugins can do.
This is great advice bc some of my favorite plugins are stock FL plugins. But I’ve also made a lot of my favorite stuff, or at least stuff I would have never made, just bc I wanted to use a new plugin I just got. It’s a different type of motivation to create when you get some new vsts
You can drag your own one shots into Sky Keys as well🔥 It essentially becomes a multi fx sampler where you can use all of the built in effects on whatever original source you want.
@@prodkxvi you can’t save them within the vst unfortunately but you can save the track/channel strip within logic. The creators said they’d work on this with future updates.
This plugin has way more going on that just an emulation of the original hardware though if I'm not mistaken. Not talking smack on the hardware, just pointing that out because I heard about this at release and didn't check it out because I thought it was just a basic reverb with harmonizer or whatever.

I use it on marimbas and plucks which might have a sharp and punchy attack, I use it's multiband mode and reduce the transients in the high ends, increase it in the mids. I also use it some times on wonky drums and melodic loops to get some punch

90% of those vsts are just hammonds/rhodes and vintage synths, sounding pretty much similar... most plugins aren't really that "secret sauce" if you look around youtube - bit of a waste of time here
