I used to go to a bar that was somewhat secret. It was a very old cold war/spy theme. The building was disguised as a Furniture store Specifically named "International Exports unl." which is also the fake company that James Bond "worked" for. They built a fake furniture store, full of furniture, and a fake deli that you could use as a secret entrance, if you were a member. There was nothing on the outside that indicated that it was a Bar/restaurant. When you enter the "reception room" you had to give the attendant a password, or they would make you perform in some way, and that video would be shown to everyone inside the restaurant. I also had a secret exit inside a Phone booth.

It mostly comes down to the food being incredibly rich and dense, so with multiple courses you end up being very full and you end up burnt out on strong flavors/oils/textures.
