ଠିକ ଦେଉଛନ୍ତି ନା
Bank will deduct their income tax if they will not submitted 15(H) /15(G) form within April end of each year till their deposited money at bank. Otherwise bank will deduct income tax from their earnings intrest from the bank. In which bank you may do fixed deposit though you have to deposit 15(H)/15(G)form compulsory otherwise automatically bank will deduct income tax from your deposited intrest amount. Where you may keep government will not left to anyone. One could able to keep an amount of Rs.2 lakhs with strong probe from which sources you have owned this huge amount also for which purpose you have been kept these huge amount at your home. Need its earning probes. If unlucky someone theft this amount though you have show its probe at police station that for which purpose you have kept this amount also these are being earnings from which which sources ? It also very very sure that RBI will held responsible up to 5 lakhs. You may do fixed or deposit upto 2 cores in joint account but if bank may bankrupt or declared as nationalized though you will return back only 5 lakhs from the concern bank. Rest amount gone.So where may keep government is eying everybody. No anyone will get free from income tax because every bank is also giving monthly report to the income tax department. If one bank customer is being withdrawn in a whole year for an amount of Rs. 10 lakh above or may deposits 10 lakhs above with in March to April end though no doubt your account transction will be inform to IT deptt.

If one person's income may 12 lakh per annum though you have to pay income tax 70,000/-per annum.
If your salary may 18 lakhs per annum though you have to pay Rs. 2,7,500/-+8000(4%) = 2,83,000/- per annum you will be pay to government from your salary for income tax. Good decision of income tax deptt. Previously no body was aware about income tax but now when it is being deducted from your salary in every month till your job end. First there will calculate your income tax then your salary will disbursement in your savings bank account also you have to fill income tax return file in each year i. e july 31 st end date or may extended up to next one month, otherwise you have pay fine up to 10 thousand but any how you have to do income tax return file compulsory.
