    Hi akshay i weigh 89 kgs with close to 25% body fat. I'm a student and soya chunks are the most convinient, affordable and highest protein providing source that i have. I consume about 200grams of soya chunks everyday. I've been doing it for the past 6 months and have no side effects from it. I've gained some good amount of muscle, strength and lost some fat. Its subjective but because of being fit because of this i have gained mental focus too Just wanted to share this with others on this channel.

    Sir when i start yawning and stretch my legs at that moment i feel lot of pain in my leg muscles and chest.
    It is very painful and it takes few seconds or minutes to attain relax or normal condition.

    I like your views and take on common myths around health.
    I am a mother of 21 months old baby. I do lots of research for him on any given topic. It may be daily routine impact, way of responses to there mischievous acts, when can I start strength training, which food and how to give same and so on.
    It's understandable that you put enormous efforts to bring knowledge on any topic.
    It's commendable. 👍
    I have a confusion in this soy series. In this video at 2.48 you showed one pictures which shows us benefits of phytoestrogens through cell receptor attachment of hormone. Later you say that they are 100 times less effective in binding with estrogen receptor in comparison to biological estrogen. So I don't understand how they show benefits?
    In video of soy and cardiovascular system you said that FDA said clearly that these effects are negligible even after consuming 25 to 50 gram daily. So same doubt. Should we list phytoestrogen as heart health promoter? Though that statement was for soyabean only.
    In your part one you said you don't understand from where amount of 25/ 50 or etcetera gm consumption of soya on daily basis came. I believe it's from 2000 recommendation of American heart association. You told that they said how much to consume for heart health

      just look at the ingredients
      of 100gm only 33gm is protein, what's 55gm carbs, if sugar is zero

      Can be an inflammation issue and reasons can be many
      The first step is avoid all barbell exercises like overhead presses and bench presses
      For bench use only dumbbells
      And show to ur doctor
      Apply heat
      Take shialjit and turmeric on milk everyday

      Soy got equal absorbtion like whey, its true Bv is 96 and PDCAAs is 1. Hence equally effective.
