With all due respect I have to disagree with you. I tried a vegetable diet with weekly paneer and milk included and my first year of workout I didn't show any results. Then I started chicken,eggs , milk or protein shake anyone of them in a day and I saw results within 3 months. Sure maintaining karne k liyeh vegetable and soy can help but baki you at least need paneer or milk worth 50gm protein mil jayeh. Maybe my body likes milk,paneer, chicken and egg. Indian diets are superb but still high protein wala with low in calories milna muskil hai sir.

Sir, it is said that 1 gram protein per kg of body weight. But sir, wild animals like Bulls, Zebra, Elephant, Rhino wild beast etc are very heavy and they mostly consume grass and leaves. How do they fulfill their protein needs? They are way more muscular and stronger. I know they are different than humans, their genes, digestive system, still. Could you please clarify this?

If a human eats 100gm of spinach and a bull eats the same quantity of spinach but the quantity of protein the human gets and the bull gets out of 100gm spinach would also be the same, wouldn't it be?
@Zaira Ajaz That might be true but I want a detailed scientific explanation on how genetics or digestive system could make more muscles with less protein and vice versa. Bull who eats grass is much more muscular than a Lion who is always on a protein rich diet.
May be there are not enough scientific researches on this topic to be discussed as I've independently searched but didn't find much information about this topic.

I've been doing this, eating lots of daal, whole eggs, roti, rice,fruits and vegetables. I don't shy away from carbs, and it's not just protein you need, you need fats, carbs as well.
My case is different from most people. I eat more carbs than recommended and less protein than recommended, still I gain more muscles year after year.

Both r different in form but resistance training is compulsory in both. And comparison can't be done on this, calisthenics consist of more balancing, strong core, muscle explosivness etc. I am a calisthenics athelete but i use both body weight training and weight training, because both gives us body a complete range of skills and movement.

Indian diet not deficient of protein??? The survey would say otherwise. And when you choose specific healthy meal, indian or any other then its not your average diet, your average indian diet is protein deficient, the one which is served in your house, which you don’t have much say on, if you do say then they say “tere liye alagsa khanna nahi banega” that is your Indian diet. Just look how bad of a muscle tone the average indian has.

@@WeRStupid yeah, protein should be optimised, but who can convince the parents to do anything, the point is the dal chawal diet is very low protein. I am from a pretty well off family and i had a very bad experience with house diet, lost a lot of muscles, hair and got blurry vision. Eventually thanks to guidance of bodybuilders and fitness enthusiasts, constructed a decent diet which i would prepare myself, regained my muscles, and eyes got better. I wouldn’t advise anyone to start strenuous exercise on an average indian diet. I don’t mean to be disrespectful, but I don’t want people to have a bad experience like mine.
Why not make a simple video which shows dishes. For example as I said palak panner saagh and makeh ki roti.
Just simply classify one week plan then 2nd week plan 3rd week and 4th week.
I think that’s what we want from nutritionist and not an teacher here.
That’s the reason youth falls prey for those short videos because you are making things complicated like a politician criticizing an opposition. Than rather just simplifying things.
Just make a plan and guide what combination can be the best result. The compilation of month eating can only make a good body and mind. Just a suggestion to make something plan of combination of food and dishes which can give maximum results. Because I think even a 2year old kid knows eating eggs keeps Doctor away and chicken breast is good source of protein.
