I've been doing this, eating lots of daal, whole eggs, roti, rice,fruits and vegetables. I don't shy away from carbs, and it's not just protein you need, you need fats, carbs as well. My case is different from most people. I eat more carbs than recommended and less protein than recommended, still I gain more muscles year after year.
Same. I am Pure Lacto Vegetarian don't even consume eggs but gain muscles better than people who eat non-veg. It's all about how you manage diet, sleep and exercise.
Being an overweight girl I was always asked to completely give up on carbs, focus only on cardio and not weightlifting or strength training and was asked to go on excess calorie deficit plans! Thanks to you Sir! The day I came across your channel, there was no turning back! I have been eating rice, rotis even parathas with achar, but yes a bit of portion control and the right set of exercise at home atleast for 45 minutes a day it includes HIIT workouts, Weight and strength training, an achievable calorie deficit plan (I took help of your informative videos on all of these and designed accordingly). So far I have lost 13 kilos and there's 10 kilos more to go! Can't thankyou enough for this, Sir. I have been doing intermittent fasting as well but I'm afraid I might be doing it the wrong way, that's why I would really appreciate if we can have a dedicated series on that as well. How do they fulfill their protein needs? They are way more muscular and stronger. I know they are different than humans, their genes, digestive system, still. Could you please clarify this?
@Zaira Ajaz Obviously our genetics are different. But the food we eat and they eat are same. If a human eats 100gm of spinach and a bull eats the same quantity of spinach but the quantity of protein the human gets and the bull gets out of 100gm spinach would also be the same, wouldn't it be?

Bull who eats grass is much more muscular than a Lion who is always on a protein rich diet.
