This assessment of yours is brilliant. Youth today are blinded by the craze to get a projected ideal marketed physique without putting in the efforts and years . So many of young gym goers and their trainers are on these drugs that natural bb is something of a handicap now. In case body builders look good only in pics, they are so bulky and unpleasant to look in normal clothes. Rather than achieving a lean strong healthy body should be the goal for a normal gym goer.
Well the most important part which I personally believe is understanding one's own body. In my initial years of working out, I used to wonder why I am not getting the same results as the other guy with same diet, work out plans. Later I discovered that my body responds really well to 2 to 3 sets, 12 to 15 reps with medium weight and maximum duration of 20 to 30 mins max at gym with training twice a body part in a week. My body recovered quickly and I felt more energetic in my day to day activities. There are lots of myths floating around in u-tube specially where I see 17 to 22 years young boys who goes to gym and giving tips and advices on diet plans and fitness. I see these kids talking about making muscle gain impossible at 30s but I feel it's not true. I am in my 30s and I have more muscle mass then I used to have in my mid 20s. Most of us don't need the have a chiseled 6 packs abs. A good balance diet with a good healthy lifestyle should be the aim. Thanks Akshay for the wonderful videos. I feel it's a collective responsibility for all the experienced people like you to come out and inform the younger generation about the real fitness goals.

I have been working out since 11 years and in those years I never thought of taking steroids because I am more interested in being fit. The summary is "Take steroids only when you want to compete". I have never taken any drug for bodybuilding in my entire gym life of 20yrs. I get okay volume but no proper cuts n definition. I used to be frustrated coz of this but later understood the reality of gears. Now, I try seeking strength rather than muscles, ripped/6-pack body is a waste of time n energy.
That's because of your genetics and lack of nutrition knowledge! Don't simply blame six-pack abs as a waste of time! It depends on body type and nutrition knowledge! And mainly hard work

Moreover, the cuts n definition achieved through gears are incomparable to natural lifters. Go for real Strength working 3days/week rather than show off muscles tiring yourself 6 days a week.

Just do pullups, pushup, squats, maintain diet and never forget to progress. Simple!! Body will do it's work automatically

I have never taken any drug for bodybuilding in my entire gym life of 20yrs. I get okay volume but no proper cuts n definition. I used to be frustrated coz of this but later understood the reality of gears. Now, I try seeking strength rather than muscles, ripped/6-pack body is a waste of time n energy.
That's because of your genetics and lack of nutrition knowledge! Don't simply blame six-pack abs as a waste of time! It depends on body type and nutrition knowledge! And mainly hard work
@@prafulnaik2919 Getting knowledge to get 6 packs for endomorph itself is a waste of time as it leads to malnutrition condition. It's not long-term sustainable unless you are an ectomorph.
Moreover, the cuts n definition achieved through gears are incomparable to natural lifters. Go for real Strength working 3days/week rather than show off muscles tiring yourself 6 days a week.

Yes bro even I do gym past 5 years u can't attain Abbs with natural if u do proper diet than body muscles gone down my peak size is 15:3 bicep but I have upper 4 Abbs then if do dieting than biceps gone low 14 inches if anyone want big biceps u can't get with Abbs or with naturally 😂😂 and I do job as gym trainer and people don't care about your natural body they even said you don't have enough knowledge and I even I left the job because of natural bodybuilding . people take steroids and said they are natural . if steriods are ban why people selling why companies made there is lot of question and talk about natural bodybuilding . if someone is don't take steriods in their entire life then it seems good if they said dont use steriods but if people first use steroids then said to people don't take steriods than I think they just make people fool on Internet
