    Thanks a lot sir 🙏 I was really anxious about that I only spent 1:30 hrs in gym and I get really exhausted now I know I have to just programme my routine better and do the exercises more accurately and consistently 👌

      Same way i feel. Now i will re organise my workout. I will reduce my time in gym from 2hr to 1hr 20min( 1hr for workout and 10 mins for post workout cardio, 5 min warmup, 5 min post workout stretch and protein shake)

    My opinion - 40 mins is good and 1 hour is enough and make all the time worth it meaning do workout and rest dont waste time on music and talk

      I dont know why my workout finishes is just 30 min i do 15 sets per muscle group but i am not satisfied with my workout duration so what should i do to expand my workouts because i want to workout 1:30 hrs a day

    I work out 6 days a week for 30 minutes push pull leg and Sunday I walk for 60 minutes should work out to 45 minutes or continue with 30 minutes of workout every day

    Sir today I worked out for 1 hour 45 min
    But I trained 2 muscles,biceps and triceps , first I did biceps and took a break for 10 min I had a chocolate for some energy and then I did triceps.

    I usually spend around 1½ hours including warm-ups
    Usually train in Push Pull Leg split.
    And I think its enough.
    There are people in my gym who are there for 2-3 hours everyday i mostly see them talking though.

    It's all about intensity of workout if your intensity is very very then 30 minutes are enough but the intensity of workout is low then it take time

    I can't finish my workout before 1:30 minute , i do full body workout . And i believe the person who gave this workout. I don't know if i should cut out the sets ? Last week i reduced sets , and i didn't got that much intensity .

    Best video in that topic .... people (my friends and few gym mates) tend to spend 2hr in the gym when they leave outside life but generally after few months or so things get worse outside (study relationship job what not) then they find no other option to quit gym completely. One thing consistency is the key and 90 percent people are not model bodybuilder or Bollywood action hero

    I nearly workout for 1 hrs 45 minutes 6 days a week by training 2 muscles daily and extra 25-30 minutes of cardio
    My trainer Told me that after 1 hours of workout The Cortisol level rises and You will lose Your gains

    1 hour is enough in the gym but if you do on daily basis but if you are a working guy then its not possible to go to gym daily in that case 2 hour is good....

    Big Bro! There's another confusion among all gym goers.. there's a point of debate that biceps and triceps shouldn't be trained on same day instead biceps should be trained with back and triceps should be trained with chest. and shoulders and legs should have separate days! but some say that these are small muscle groups so they should be trained together and have a complete arm day, have a one single day to train shoulder, chest and back and one separate day for legs! Which of the given schedule is correct?
