I'm doing walk post meals since my college days.. earlier I was used to go with my grandfather . Now I'm going alone or with my mom. When I m alone then I listen just 10 favorite songs for the day or I listen your recorded live Q & A. It's always amazing to go for walk after dinner..5th benefit sir I think I should have included that's better sleep . Walking for almost 30-45 minutes enhance the quality of sleep as whole body is engaged in walking..mood bhi happy happy rehta he

i think one should not walk immediately..i sit for half an hour after breakfast..lunch or dinner....then walk for 15 to 20 minutes moderate speed...not more

Sir, can you please post some information about armpit fat. Iam doing daily exercises with controlled diet for reducing fat but only the armpit fat is not reducing. All other areas are showing positive signs. Belly fat and the chest fat area is diminishing but only this armpit area remains same.When standing straight it will showing in the sides of chest. Can you recommend any exercises or diet plan for this problem.
