    Thanks for this video. I do strength training early morning and cardio in the evening.
    Cardio in the morning tires me out but strength training energises me.
    I never do it together as I need surplus energy to get along with my day and other chores.
    For me best time for cardio is in the evening as it also helps me sleep better! Anyway I’ve been training from a very long time and I’ve mastered what works for me and when.
    Listen to your body, what floats ones boat may not float someone else’s!
    I’m still learning and videos like these always helps. Thank you 🙏 💙

    If I have high body fat.. can I add resistant training(40min) +20min cycling
    Or resistant training + hiit???

    Sir, I had a small question.
    If I have limited time to devote to the gym everyday and if I have to choose between either Cardio or Abdominal Excercises in conjunction with resistance training then what should I choose!???
    My aim is just to keep my core muscles strong enough so that my lower back problem doesn’t relapse. No focus on fat loss.

    Sir is it important to do cardio and heavy weight exercises to be fit or to loss fat.

    I take oatmeal, whey powder , banana and almonds in the morning and go out for 10-12 mins of cardio then lift for 1-1.5 hours. That's it plain and simple.

    I am a normal gym goer interested in fit lifestyle and i did realize when i used to do my cardio of 10 mins cycling followed by 20 mins cross trainer run before my strength, i couldn't lift much and used to get fatigued easily. When i started to lift first ( i don't lift very heavy though ) and cardio sessions later, i can complete my cardio and feel fine. I then started to skip cardios at times and rather do kick boxing sessions in the evening twice a week. This is working best for me now.

Not jst take money n give certifications.... Please do video on that as well... I'm already Reebok certified group fitness instructor and Pilates instructor n Zumba.... looking for some more certifications more than that more knowledge..... Your videos are really helpful.......I wish to do more certifications but couldn't find any thing really knowledge able and geniune....     Very nice video. I'm a doctor and understand very well that in life it's not 2 +2 = 4. Because we always have to decide management after considering multiple factors. So kudos for your knowledge.
    I want your advice. I have not done cardio and strength training ever. I have recently gave birth to baby. Now to be with him actively at every point I want to be fit and active. So I can play with him as well inspire him for fitness.
    Now I consider it's very important part of life like "रोटी, कपड़ा और मकान".

I am a little obese and I am trying to loose fat by cycling. I have been reading about the different zones based on heart rates...     Which order or which type of workout would you recommend if someone is targeting general fitness and fat loss ?? This is something I thought you would definitely touch upon but unfortunately it did not happen
    Another imp q question is some trainers say focus more on cardio portion, some say focus more on weights , what is your say regarding this issue ?

      Focus on strength before cardio for beginners
      Strength should always form the base of all activities
      Anyone who says anything has to give u logic or reason or they are bluffing
      Aim is to.lose fat not weight
      For faster fat loss and better body composition it's always weight training and cardio
