    such an informative video. i have been following ppl split since 9 weeks and will follow till 12 weeks. i keep performing the same exercise for 1.5-2 months and make good progression in those exercises and then change them. thank u sir ji for this video ❤

    Sir i am 30 and I am an Architect by profession. Although not fully addicted, but I do frequently smoke and drink with my friends when we are having party. Sometimes during office hours too. Will it severely affect my life and health if I don't completely quit them?

    Hello , I have a question regarding a mangoherb product.. I have a poor digestion and I was the one asking you to launch a supplement to fix my digestion. I'm about to place an order for triphala and digestion pro. My question is, does the digestion pro supplement help in digesting the only meal with which you take the tablet or does it overall make improvements in your digestion? Like suppose i had a heavy meal and i want to digest that meal so only in that case I have to take the tablet after that heavy meal? Or should i be taking it daily so that my digestion improves gradually and i won't be needing it after some time... How does it work? Because if it only digests the particular meal with which the tablet is taken then I'll have to be dependent on it lifelong for a good digestion. Please clear my doubt.. Thank you.

    I am 63 yr old diabetic i do daily 70 min training and 30 min cardio since 1 yr.but at present my weight is stable i am not able to loose weight and grow muscles

      You aren't growing muscle becuz you aren't taking rest, it's very underrated. Your body is building the new muscle when you are resting. Working out too much will do more harm than good.
      Also, performing cardio and your workout on the same day can also potentially hinder muscle growth

      and respect your age. Testosterone and igf levels decrease at that age. There's only so much you can gain as per what your hormones allow

      I know you're working with genesis team could you plz help me with this ? 4:10 as sir said we should repeat the same exercise in next workout split. Shouldn't change those 3-4 compound exercises at least.
      For an example this is my push day workout and I train for 6 days a week .
      📌Push Workout 1... (Chest Focus)
      Flat Bench Press:
      3 x Working Sets of 6-10 Reps
      Seated Smith Machine Shoulder Press:
      3 x Working Sets of 6-10 Reps
      Flat Bench Dumbbell Flys:
      3 X Working Sets of 10-12 Reps
      Dumbbell Lateral Raises:
      4 x 12-15 Reps for each

      Hi there ..
      In both the push days u r having two compund exercises - one for shoulder and one for chest and u have taken their variations by introducing flat and incline bench as well as regular shoulder press and Arnold press..which is absolutely ok ..if ur time schedule permits u can add one more compund exercise on each day which could be - on one push day u can use bb and on other push day db for bench press. For shoulder press u can introduce neutral grip shoulder press as an addition. If u have a good shoulder joint mobility then dips are also an excellent exercise..what u r doing is not wrong but in that workout u can add one more compund exercise on each day .. practically speaking u need to see how much time can u allot in the gym.. However, let me tell u that what u r doing is also good provided u r doing them with good progressive overload and consistency..

    Sir ek weird question tha mera
    Dekhiye for example agar maine 4 week bicep curls lagaye fir change krke kuch aur exercise ki jese hammer curl 4 week fir mene ye cycle agar repeat kari toh meri body isse adapt ho skti h ya nai?
    Simple way me kahu toh agar me jese 8 week planned program follow kiya fir usse repeat karu toh meri body adapt hojayegi kya usse? Halaki uss program me har 4 weeks me exercise changed h 👀

      ur body doesn't get adopted to 8 weeks plan..
      Just workout and Always Try to achieve failure Or 1/2 reps Pre failure
