    Intermittent fasting has worked for me but working out in fasted state made me sick. I felt dizzy throughout the day and slipped into bouts of emotional lows. Now that I've stopped it I'm back to my jovial self. Thanks for the info! Everyone should know this.

    I have been doing intermittent fasting of 16 hrs and use to do skipps(1000+) just before an hour of breaking fast.....it has been now 20 days but i felt no great weight loss... although i loosed 2-2.5 killos but I am not very sure it's muscle or fat

    Great info sir.. But sir, I heard a doctor say that - as high resistance exercises like rope jump or fast walking - need higher fuel, so body taps fat - as fat is available in huge quantity vs carbs..

    I don't speak Hindi, but I've been using a combination of light cardio and a type of fasting and I've lost 15 lbs in about 3 weeks, which for weight loss is quite fast. I’ve been taking no more than 200 calories per day 6 or 7 days in a row (the calories are from sugar in coffee, electrolyte drinks, or vitamin gummies) and then I eat regularly for one day. The next day, I start over fasting again. It's not quite a true fast since I'm still taking in calories, but going long periods of time without coffee or tea is not sustainable for me. I have the same amount of energy as I do when I eat normally, and I do exercise if I feel like it. Your muscles don't repair when you're fasting though, so on my day off I eat a lot of protein. I'm a vegetarian, so that usually means rice with dal or beans. I haven't noticed losing any muscle during my fasts, but I wouldn't mind if I did, I'm a muscular guy. Also, since muscles don't repair during fasting, you need to be careful about your heart if you do this. Your heart is a muscle that's always working, and doing exercise, especially cardio, makes it tired faster. You need to listen to your body and not push yourself too hard. And it's important to consume electrolytes when fasting for long periods. This method is working very well for me. I usually get some light exercise every day like walking to burn off extra calories. The most important thing in a diet is whether or not you can sustain it, and I can sustain this one. As long as I get my coffee or tea I'm perfectly happy. It's no use making a big effort for a short time and then never doing it again because it's too hard, you have to find what works for you. Since I started I've been sleeping better and I feel great. I hope this information can help someone.

    I am trying to loose my weight. Where i was too perfect. But suddenly now i am over weight.
    I am really confused what to do what to eat when to workout. There is no gym also near our home. So please me or suggest me what to do how to do.

      +Muskan Agarwal uske liye aapko aapke weight, height, aur age ko input karna hai ek equation mein aur wo aapko aapke daily calorie intake value dikhayega. Aur uss value se km khaoge toh wo hota hai calorie deficit.
      Wo equation ka name yaad nahi aa rha hai😅 Aap Google pe check kr lo Daily calorie intake ka formula..

    calorie usage after eating something will be higher compared to fasting workout because body use a lot of energy in digesting the food we eat...blood supply to the alimentary system increase a lot while digestion is going on

      Gaurav cortisol is not an issue people overhype it
      But the reason one shouldn't go over an hour is simply that most people are wasting time
      Sled training is great and can be done whenever u want in number of ways

    I do long sessions of zone2 cardio ( jogging 10-15k in 1-1.5hrs) on weekends.
    I do in the mornings after just drinking water as I enjoy the run.. but when I try the run after eating it gets harder on a full stomach..any ideas on what to eat.. you mentioned milk so can some milk with sugar work or you need to eat a full meal?

    Sir, I wake up at 5 and most of the time start cardio before 5.30 am. What do I eat before I do cardio in that 30 min interval thats going to be digested within that 30 min? This is one of the reasons why I do my cardio empty stomach. Any suggestions please.

    I watched ur 12 to 15 videos today and after watching ur all videos i got the main point that uh are making ur every videos on the basis of research and the scientifically proved.
    That's why now I have been in the habbit of watching ur videos bcz I'm getting knowledge.
    And the most important thing i got from ur video is that "Rom wasn't built in a day".
    Actually I'm a beginner and i wanna be a fit guy .....i have been going to gym for 10 days....and the trainer of
    Gym ..says to me doing abdominal excercise and running on tradmill,cycling.
    Now I'm feeling right backache very badly..
    I dnt what should i do now..

    Sir Fasted state me body dono use krti hai fat ar muscle pr hm kch supplements ki help se hm body ko us state me la skte hai mostly fat tap ho. Milk contains bcaa thats why it preserve muscle mass and milk is low carb meal . If you use bcaa and l carnitne with black coffee makes your body to burn more fat without getting calories but if you cant afford these use egg whites before fasted cardio or simple milk bhi le skte but wo fasted nhi rhega .     HIIT is extremely taxing on my body. I have issues in my lower back. I was doing fasted cardio, low intensity ofcourse. Does low intensity cardio in fed state any good ?

      Cardio burns energy. Use it to put yourself in an energy deficit. Doing cardio fasted will burn more fat up to a certain rate. The more important thing to remember is to be in an energy deficit in a day.

    sir, I usually go to the gym at 5 am, so it is not possible for me to take a meal before the workout. but, I consume black coffee as a pre-workout. is it okay to consume only black coffee before a workout?

    Can you give me a suggestion please ....... I cant find any video regarding this issue
    I loose all fats from my body just fats are left over love handles and abs...

    Can we do abs workout after 1.5-2 hour meal gap ,or need to do that on empty stomach
