calorie usage after eating something will be higher compared to fasting workout because body use a lot of energy in digesting the food we eat...blood supply to the alimentary system increase a lot while digestion is going on

I have been doing intermittent fasting of 16 hrs and use to do skipps(1000+) just before an hour of breaking fast.....it has been now 20 days but i felt no great weight loss... although i loosed 2-2.5 killos but I am not very sure it's muscle or fat

Thank you. I have to work out at 4.30 am because of my schedule. I always did on empty stomach not knowing this at all. I will change my routine to have a protein shake and then work out.
I don't speak Hindi, but I've been using a combination of light cardio and a type of fasting and I've lost 15 lbs in about 3 weeks, which for weight loss is quite fast. I’ve been taking no more than 200 calories per day 6 or 7 days in a row (the calories are from sugar in coffee, electrolyte drinks, or vitamin gummies) and then I eat regularly for one day. The next day, I start over fasting again. It's not quite a true fast since I'm still taking in calories, but going long periods of time without coffee or tea is not sustainable for me. I have the same amount of energy as I do when I eat normally, and I do exercise if I feel like it. Your muscles don't repair when you're fasting though, so on my day off I eat a lot of protein. I'm a vegetarian, so that usually means rice with dal or beans. I haven't noticed losing any muscle during my fasts, but I wouldn't mind if I did, I'm a muscular guy. Also, since muscles don't repair during fasting, you need to be careful about your heart if you do this. Your heart is a muscle that's always working, and doing exercise, especially cardio, makes it tired faster. You need to listen to your body and not push yourself too hard. And it's important to consume electrolytes when fasting for long periods. This method is working very well for me. I usually get some light exercise every day like walking to burn off extra calories. The most important thing in a diet is whether or not you can sustain it, and I can sustain this one. As long as I get my coffee or tea I'm perfectly happy. It's no use making a big effort for a short time and then never doing it again because it's too hard, you have to find what works for you. Since I started I've been sleeping better and I feel great. I hope this information can help someone.

I do long sessions of zone2 cardio ( jogging 10-15k in 1-1.5hrs) on weekends.
I do in the mornings after just drinking water as I enjoy the run.. but when I try the run after eating it gets harder on a full stomach..any ideas on what to eat.. you mentioned milk so can some milk with sugar work or you need to eat a full meal?
