      Then do a total of 8 exercises divided into three days

    Hii sir this is my second msg to you I am clean fitness loving person.
    I am seeing improvement in all my parts but my chest is not developing as the way it should be whereas I train my chest single in a day and try to go heavy as heavy as 70 kg
    Please help me out sir.
    What are the reasons/fault I am doing I follow tempo training as well as movement correction after that I am depressed.

      U can give various changes in ur workout to induce hypertrophy in ur chest muscles
      Like drops and supersets
      Also go progressively heavy
      Don't get stuck to weights
      Sometimes reduce the weights to moderate and push high in reps

    Compound me kar sakte hai ??
    Or jitne sets hum lga rahe hai
    Uske last sets me lgale total yadi 3 sets hai to
    Starting ke 2 sets normal
    Aur last 3rd sets muscle failure ho

      it depends on movement to movement
      there is no muscle failure in deadlift and in squats it can be very dangerous

    Best inputs ever, due to lot of misconceptions ans misguide have suffered from IBS (Irritable bowel syndrome), now have stopped going to gym which I love to do but multiple trainers are only selling bad ideas and products which is affecting like me will leave fitness level. Now have moved in to badminton game but am feeling that I need proper nutrition else this will hamper my health. Pls help on nutrition what should I do or whom should be your recommendation. I have IBS if I take any protein (Whey Protein) IBS will shoot up and will have stomach pain and minimum 2-3 months I will not be able to digest any food. Pls suggest on proper nutrition cycle or do you have any particular program to follow or you can suggest any particular window to take inputs from you where I can talk or chat. As couple of information can't be disclosed in open forum...

    Sir in bodyweight training, still we don't aim for muscle failure in every set for every exercise if our aim for hypertrophy ?? Or we can go till 4-5 week? I have just finished this book nd every research has their own words i. E. negative and positive.

      thats what I explained
      failure is not the aim every time
      and failure also have types
      for e.g. in bodyweight training, mostly we aim for positive failure, but not in every set
      in body weight training generally we keep the volume high, so because of cumulative fatigue, automatically failure starts setting in at the end of the workout

      We R Stupid yes sir i know this you told me before as well but now i shifted so far i can’t able to come so i just join gym near to my place but they didn’t recommend infact the trainer said You will gain much weight after taking this

    Sir i categorize myself as intermediate level ... Now a days i have changed my chest workout where i do weighted pushup 30kg where my friend keeps refusing weight 10kg after 5 set the i do 5 more he again reduce 10 more again i repeat this untill i can't do pushup more ... This process reduce my weight lifting capacity .. after 3 set .. my question is should i add pushup at the last or i am doing fine weight after this should not matter ?
