Sir in bodyweight training, still we don't aim for muscle failure in every set for every exercise if our aim for hypertrophy ?? Or we can go till 4-5 week? I have just finished this book nd every research has their own words i. E. negative and positive.
thats what I explained failure is not the aim every time and failure also have types for e.g. in bodyweight training, mostly we aim for positive failure, but not in every set in body weight training generally we keep the volume high, so because of cumulative fatigue, automatically failure starts setting in at the end of the workout

Now a days i have changed my chest workout where i do weighted pushup 30kg where my friend keeps refusing weight 10kg after 5 set the i do 5 more he again reduce 10 more again i repeat this untill i can't do pushup more ... This process reduce my weight lifting capacity .. after 3 set .. my question is should i add pushup at the last or i am doing fine weight after this should not matter ?
