    Full body workouts for 6 sets each muscle(compound exercise) squat,overhead press,bentover rows or pull ups,ring dips, close grip bench press, bicep curl,side raises for 6-10 reps for three days a week is good or bad??

    can we do bench press squat and deadlift on rest day like Thursday not sunday. my goal is to gain strength in these lifts m in surplus and working out 5 days a week. can we do that or we should take full.rest day on Thursday sir.

    Is it really safe to do Olympic lifts in high frequency ? Because they demand a lot of explosive power, so if a person performs them in higher frequency and if they fail, won't there be a VERY high chance of injury ?

    Sirji if we split our training for individual muscles groups with large volume
    Like if we get a plan like
    Mon chest
    Tue back
    Wed legs
    Thru shoulders
    Fri calves
    Sat arms
    For hypertrophy then is it worth it for someone who is a novice or intermediate the volume is high
    At least 20 sets Per muscle group

    You can make it simple by giving example rather than again and again using words like intensity frequency and volume...most of the time I find u provide good knowledge but ur video are long with lots of nonsense things so make them short and meaningful. I know longer the video more u earn from RUclips...but slowly slowly people finding your videos with unnecessary talk..which not required... Thanks

      Back workout depends on Intensity

    Sir my gym instructor has told me to train 6 days in a week and he has made a routine which has chest and triceps for first day, back and biceps for second day, legs and shoulders for third day containing 8 to 10 different exercises of each day's, he repeats the same for next three days , I feel my body is not recovering properly and I fell lethargy all day . Should I switch to full body workout in which I will train 3 days per week, gap after each day? please guide me sir, I am 23 years old and beginner, I want to gain muscle only. Weight around 60 kg , height 5.9 inch.

      Ur overdoing it

    Thanks sir....one more myth busted.....I always take a day off even in middle of the week when I feel.....to take leave.....when I feel not recover completely........even I take sometime week off......I am starting now again after one month gap now........always listening to my body
