Full body workouts for 6 sets each muscle(compound exercise) squat,overhead press,bentover rows or pull ups,ring dips, close grip bench press, bicep curl,side raises for 6-10 reps for three days a week is good or bad??

can we do bench press squat and deadlift on rest day like Thursday not sunday. my goal is to gain strength in these lifts m in surplus and working out 5 days a week. can we do that or we should take full.rest day on Thursday sir.

Is it really safe to do Olympic lifts in high frequency ? Because they demand a lot of explosive power, so if a person performs them in higher frequency and if they fail, won't there be a VERY high chance of injury ?

For hypertrophy then is it worth it for someone who is a novice or intermediate the volume is high

I wont suggest single body part a day for anyone except advance bodybuilders

You can make it simple by giving example rather than again and again using words like intensity frequency and volume...most of the time I find u provide good knowledge but ur video are long with lots of nonsense things so make them short and meaningful. I know longer the video more u earn from RUclips...but slowly slowly people finding your videos with unnecessary talk..which not required... Thanks

Sir my gym instructor has told me to train 6 days in a week and he has made a routine which has chest and triceps for first day, back and biceps for second day, legs and shoulders for third day containing 8 to 10 different exercises of each day's, he repeats the same for next three days , I feel my body is not recovering properly and I fell lethargy all day . Should I switch to full body workout in which I will train 3 days per week, gap after each day? please guide me sir, I am 23 years old and beginner, I want to gain muscle only.
