      Protein shouldn't be over 20% in a normal diet.

    It is not Virtually Impossible. I am doing workout from last 2 months for 1.5Hrs /day for 6 days a week . my weight has been 73 from last 2 months. I walk almost 10k steps per day.. i have been eating what i used to eat.. but increased protein intake like 6 egg white and 1 scoop whey.

    Beat way to eat in maintenance with more calories from Protein, and add low intensity cardio or 10-15K steps to burn fat.
    HIit will consume more calories but from carbs, low intensity at 70 % of max BPM is best to reduce fat. Akash sir verify same..

      Better see an ortho or Physio first, bro. this pain is not common, especially after a cardio session. Either you are doing it wrong or has damaged some ligament/muscle/joint.

    Sir, my question is, During body recomp programme during week how many day we have to perform cardio and how many days we have to do strength training.
    Due to my buisness schedule i can go to gym only four days/week.

    What is the difference between cutting and body recomposition

      While cutting down, the person solely focuses on losing body fat to achieve a leaner appearance, they won't focus much on gaining muscle.
      Where as in body composition, there's importance given to Muscle mass and fat. They focus on losing fat but compensate the lost weight in the form of muscles here.

    Can you tell me how our ancestors had such muscular physiques? Their lifestyle was comparable to hunter-gatherers, they walked and ran for long distances. It doesn't feel natural for me to put in extra effort to keep my body in shape. Our work should require a great deal of labour. That's not an option for this generation. To build muscle I like to use activities from my daily life, like gardening. That's not something that happens every day. Any thought of such tasks. Going for a swim is another example of this. Engaging in sports such as football and basketball. Gymming is to much dependent on machines and weights and the movements are regulated. I don't know how many people actually gain the strengths required in real life. Could u provide some insight into this.

      @@babitasingh5726 great deal of labour can mean even normal jobs like site officer, marine engineer, Welding and Carpenting. You may consider it a low profile job but these are highly paid here in UK.

      Yes you should maintain it if you like your current state. Atleast do it for 6 months and then think about lean bulk or cut

      minimum 6+. 8 is the benchmark. More than 8 even in some studies. You won't achieve deep wave or non-REM in 4-4 split.

    Sir , I've started with weight training since a week . I'm not doing any cardio as of now . Do I need to include cardio also? Being an absolute beginner , I'm having a lot of muscle soreness , I feel like numbness after the workout that's why I didn't include cardio.

      Start with just incline treadmill after weight training for 10 to 15 minutes when you don't feel muscle soreness you can do proper cardio session.

    Hello sir lean gaining ke liye 3day full body workout ke sath 2day 20 minutes rope skipping/running 3-5km kare to thik hain. Skinny guy ke liye. Ek bar 58kg se 67kg per gay 5 month me lekin fat bhi 14% se 18% bada jab cutting kiye to firse Skinny guy ho gaye. Abhi 2kg gain kiye 61kg hai 11-12% body fat ke sath. Hum chahte hai 63kg weight with 7-8% body fat. Please guide sir
