It is not Virtually Impossible. I am doing workout from last 2 months for 1.5Hrs /day for 6 days a week . my weight has been 73 from last 2 months. I walk almost 10k steps per day.. i have been eating what i used to eat.. but increased protein intake like 6 egg white and 1 scoop whey.

While cutting down, the person solely focuses on losing body fat to achieve a leaner appearance, they won't focus much on gaining muscle. Where as in body composition, there's importance given to Muscle mass and fat. They focus on losing fat but compensate the lost weight in the form of muscles here.

It doesn't feel natural for me to put in extra effort to keep my body in shape. Our work should require a great deal of labour. That's not an option for this generation. To build muscle I like to use activities from my daily life, like gardening. That's not something that happens every day. Any thought of such tasks. Going for a swim is another example of this. Engaging in sports such as football and basketball. Gymming is to much dependent on machines and weights and the movements are regulated. I don't know how many people actually gain the strengths required in real life. Could u provide some insight into this.

Yes you should maintain it if you like your current state. Atleast do it for 6 months and then think about lean bulk or cut

minimum 6+. 8 is the benchmark. More than 8 even in some studies. You won't achieve deep wave or non-REM in 4-4 split.

Because the weight lifting process is not constant.....the weights are increased and added every week by gym goers

Start with just incline treadmill after weight training for 10 to 15 minutes when you don't feel muscle soreness you can do proper cardio session.
