    I always thought weight loss = fat loss
    A few years back, I read that Boxing Legend Mary Kom lost 4 kg in a few hours by skipping
    I used the same strategy unfortunately and lost a lot of muscle mass
    Lifting weights is truly always the base

    mai 108 kg ka tha fatty muscular ......maine very low calorie diet li or excessive cardioo ....ab mai 80 kg ka hu but now i m slim faaty .......fat to 50 percent hi gaya ...muscles 80 percent gaii...so guyzz do muscular exercise with high protein less carb .....than u got real result what you want and deserve.

Request you to guide trainers to get educated and provide true information based on science and studies.. me being ACE certified and certified nutrition feel sad for the wrong information given by so called guru ji... many trainers carry less knowledge and that makes this profession unsafe..

    Yes Sir. Even I say the same to many of my friends, they're always focused on weight loss and they jog for hours together instead of getting right training from a reputed gym. Most of them have ended up looking like bowling alley pins, hands and legs have shrunk except for their side handles.

    Iska Matlab man sahi raste pe ja raha hu.. actually after long 10 yrs of weight training which actually made me bulky before I decided to change my overall physique and get lean muscle mass . Through this process I completely left weight training and start resistance training which is power twister workout it actually helps me a lot....to maintain the muscle mass and buring fat. Anyway ur video showed me that I am going to right track....but maybe manjil abhi dur hai..par apki blessings se wo bhi ho jaega sir....

      The information you provide is really helpful in saving ourselves in doing things not in a wrong way. It would be even more helpful if you give the example of exercise when you say resistance exercise. It would be helpful for some people like me who doesn’t know the difference between exercises.

    Hi Bro,
    You are wrong on some points in this video.
    1. Steady-state cardio is also really important for us because in this state body is able to use fat as fuel and approx 80 to 90% energy body use from fat in this stage.
    2. In the aerobics exercises body is able to shuttled pyruvate in the mitochondria through the Krebs cycle but if your exercise intensity is high then pyruvate converts into the locate in the sarcoplasm through core cycle. (As per the Nsca-cscs reference book).
    As strength and condition specialist in can say that steady-state cardio also good for those who want to lose their fat and rest all the points in this is so great and you had explained briefly the importance of muscle training and too good.
    I am following you because you have great knowledge and have the potential to lead the fitness industry.

    This was the problem with me 4.5 years back when I started loosing weight. For continuous 3.5 years I lost the weight but also reduced my muscle mass due to improper guidance, workout and nutrition. Last year I realized that even having a good bmi my fat percentage was almost same. After then I started gaining muscle mass and losing body fat.
    People should focus on reducing their body fat rather than their weight. One of the best videos👍👍

      I will eagerly awaiting for a video from you on the obvious benefits of exercising. What I am trying to say is if a person starts to exercise from a sedentary lifestyle then what are the obvious changes that may not be reflected by weight/ fat loss. It is important that we realise that an overweight person may not be totally unfit. This can avoid people getting demoralized due to not seeing the positive effects of exercise reflected by fat loss.
      I also request you, if possible , to make a video discussing the health benefits of endorphins that increases in levels when we exercise.

    Starvation through dieting+ excessive cardio = weight loss by muscle mass loss n low metabolism
    Strength training 3 _ 4 day a week + alternative cardio session + proper diet = increase in muscle + fat loss+ improved metabolism n ofcourse weight loss also 💐💐
