is 8000 steps in 1 hour daily or 6 km sustained 1hr walk + 1/2 hour 140bpm spin bike (at max tension no.8 setting ) detrimental to my muscle mass ?

Kindly make a video explaining Body Types also (like Endo Meso Ecto/ Kapha Pitta Vata as per ayurveda). Because people with different body types tend to store fat and muscle differently. Moreover have different diet and exercise requirement.
