    is 8000 steps in 1 hour daily or 6 km sustained 1hr walk + 1/2 hour 140bpm spin bike (at max tension no.8 setting ) detrimental to my muscle mass ?
    the "goal is fat loss around belly and improve test levels also to prevent hair thining".
    I have been doing all this with full discipline for past 70 days on empty stomach.
    iam a 26 year old male (ectomorph body type)

    Thanks lot sir, actually nowadays my fat percentage is decreasing with workout but abdominal fat is taking time as compare to other areas of body, now as you said it's our problem area because it takes time to get into shape so i got it now, thanks to make me understood all this, you are amazing sir.

      Bro. Train the legs hard. It will carry more muscles and thus far burn will enhance. Give importance to lges as much as u r giving upper body. I have experience of this.

    You are doing a wonderful job sir. Keep it up!
    Kindly make a video explaining Body Types also (like Endo Meso Ecto/ Kapha Pitta Vata as per ayurveda). Because people with different body types tend to store fat and muscle differently. Moreover have different diet and exercise requirement.

      No they don't have different exercise requirement
      Storage of fat, muscle gain etc do have genetic reasons but burning fat and building muscle is a science common for everyone. The effects may differ

      u cant increase ur height. its totally genetic
      any growth defect is seen in childhood and the doctor medically treats it

    Sir can i switch to missi roti(chana dal) from wheat roti if i my aim is to reduce fat and build muscle. I can't eat non veg at the moment so I am having a hard time getting enough protein.

      Roti se koi farq nahi padta... Calorie intake outake par Dhyaan do aap... Matlab calorie deficit diet aur moderate exercise karo... 500 calories daily deficit rahoge to weekly half kg lose par paaoge...
