- BMR + 100 or 200 cals depending upon your daily activity level.
- Start Strength training (Join a gym or do body weight exercises at home)
- Continue Progressive weight overload
Once your body has 20% body fat, you BMR will increase.
Hence your body will burn more calories naturally.
You would have less fat and more muscles.
Your body will look good too
Take a topic and read research studies and expert opinion on it
Compile it and u will get the best possible answer

hi Coach, is there any guideline (which you find true) for the minimum amount of calories one should consume, so that I'd be careful to not go below that while cutting some fat/weight
There can't be a specific number for all people.
There are calculators online through which you can check your BMR.
I personally think that Eating ample and burning calories is always a better idea than starving yourself if you can manage an hour for workout.
but if your job very demanding and you can't take out any time for work out... You can read Akshay Chopra's book Born to move that tell how you can train yourself to move more.

There is one doctor in India, and has a utube channel on her name Dr. S singh, she is recommending people to have 350-400 cal / day & promising them she would loose 10-15 kgs in 10-15 days.

Sir for past 2 years I was preparing for jee , but with bad lifestyle habits like - waking up late , sleeping late , drinking tea empty stomach then skipping breakfast , drinking 2-3 glasses of water during lunch , sleeping just after lunch , eating full masala and spicy sabzi ( mere family mein bohot teekha khaana banta hai and main sabse teekha khaata hu like jab mutton/chicken Banta hai tab jab use masale mein bhunja jaata hai then usme paani Kara jaata hai for gravy , main use Bina paani daale hue khata tha which is very harmful because wo bilkul dense masala ka gravy hota hai ) , and I didn't no exercise I was totally avoiding any kind of physical activities , but main kabhi bahar ka khana ni khata tha sirf Ghar ka khana tha
Maine aapko ye sab Issiliye bata kyunki ab mujhe ek problem Hui hai jisme ki mujhe continuously burping hota hai bohot zada with constipation but digestion bilkul solid hai and hunger bhi bohot hota hai
Jab maine doctor se consult Kiya to unhone kuch gas ki medicines di and bola ki active raho to theek ho jaega , but 1 month ke baad bhi theek ni hua
Then maine vaidh se consult Kiya and unhone ne LFT karne ko bola jisme ki bohot thoda sa jaundice hai , abhi meri ayurvedic medicines chal rahi hai , breakfast mein sirf fruits and sugarcane juice , lunch mein plain khichdi without haldi , shaam ko green mung with gur and dinner mein plain daliya , unhone bola hai no animal products like milk , curd , meats , paneer , etc.

मेरा प्रोब्लम मैं फेटी हु ज्यादा,सबसे पहला प्रोब्लम मेरे पैर का नी अलाइनमेंट का ओप्रेशन हुआ राइट पैर का,लेकिन मेरे नसीब से अनेसथीया देने मे पता नही क्या हुआ हिप से निचे तक पूरा पैर फैल याने डेड हो गया, डाक्टर ने कह दिया अब यह फिजियो का काम है हम उनके पास गये २ साल कंटिन्यू फिजियो करने पर राइट पैर मे नी ब्रास पहनकर चल पायी,मै पूना से हु,७ साल हुए इस बात को मैकिसी पे डिपेंड नही थी सब कुछ कर पा रही थी,वैसे मै कमर से ओर पेट की बेली थी,मोटी थी,अब मै कछ भी एक्सरसाइज नही कर पाती बोडी कैसे कम करु,उसमे डिसेंबर एनड मैं ३० डिसेंबर को मै गिर गयी राइट पैर की हिप के निचे कि हड्डी टुट गयी,तो वापस उसका सर्जरी करायी लेकिन मेरे वेट ओर पैर डेड होने क कारण फिजियो तो चालू लेकिन चलाने कि मनाइ थी इसकारण वेट ओर बढ गया लेकिन फिर पता नही ३ महिने होते होते यह भी फैल हो गया ,वापस रोड जो फिट किया था उसकी कील निकल जाने से वापस सर्जरी करानी पडी वापस ३ मंथ बेड पे , फिजियो चालू था लेकिन चलाकि मनाइ थी ओर वेट बढते जा रहा था नार्मल खा खाती थी फिर भी,अब मेरे पैर का वेट ज्यादा होने के कारण उठा नही पा रही ,सिधा सोने को बोला था हिलिग होने के कारण हिलिग हुवा भी लेकिन वेट के कारण अब करवट मै खुद नही ले पा रही,९४ केंजी मेरा वेट है अब इसे मै कम करना चाहती हु इसलिए मै अभी फेट लोस करने के लिए ७०० -८०० कैलरी ही ले रही हु, १६ घटे का फासीग कर रही हु,शाम को ६.३० बजे खाना खा लेती हु ,फिर खाली पानी पीतीं हु सबेरे १ गलास गरम पानी मे एपल कटर विनेगार ५-६ एमेल जितना लेती हु १०,३० को खीर का ओर दुधी का ज्यूस लेती हु, फिर लंच में सलाद सब्जी दाल चावल लेती हु ,फिर ५ बजे एपल १, १०० ग्राम जितना पपैया लेती हु ६ बजे डिनर मे १-२ रोटी सब्जी और बादम याने तुरंत ही १ कप चाय और १ सूजी टोस्ट बस फिर कुछ नहि लेती,यह मेरा सेडुल है, प्लीज़ राइट है ? नहीं तो प्लीज़ आप हमे फेट लास करना बताइए प्लीज़ 🙏🏻🙏🏻आपका यह यु ट्यूब पर देखकर मैने इतना सब साहसकर बता रही हू, मै एगजरसाइस आप जो बतारहेहै कछ भीनही कर सकती औरफेट लांस करना है मुझे प्लीज कोइ रस्ता बताइये जिसमे मेरा नुकसान न हो , क्या मै फेट लास कर सकती हू आप मेरे प्रोब्लम का जवाब जरुर देना .मुझे पता है मेरे जैसी सिचुएशन हजारो लाखो मे एकाद पेशंट होताहोगा, प्लीज आप से रिक्वेस्ट करती हू, मै मेरा फेट लांस कैसे करू,.........🙏🏻🙏🏻

I am not an expert but from experience I would say it is possible for beginners not for experienced people ….Firstly if you are a beginner it can happen that even on a deficit you will be able to build muscle and lose fat at the same time ….second scenario is where you have had a big gap of like many months or a year in your workout and then you start your routine again …..but for people who have a decent foundation of muscles they need to eat in a little surplus of calories …

do reverse dieting, add 1-3% percent of what you're eating (in terms of calories) every week. in this period you might even lose weight or will most likely stay at the same weight till you reach your maintenance calories once you reach there stay there for 2week and start cutting again (watch Coach David mathas' videos on the same)
Buddy start reverse dieting for few weeks increase the calories gradually , fix your metabolism first
It's fine to hit a Plateau and very natural
I would suggest.you to take professional help at this amount of weight
