Hello, I'm from Kerala. I used to check my cholesterol bimonthly and was found to be in the 160s. After reading about egg I couldn't take a decision as there were different studies which were contradictory. Hence I ate 2 whole eggs daily for 2 weeks with my daily usual 1hr workout and decided to check. I made no changes in my routines. Still my cholesterol spiked up to 216. So I couldn't agree with this video.
dude you need to not only lift weights but also do some cardio.....and there is a difference u need to keep in calorie surplus and defecit....secondly it differs from person to person....i eat 3 eggs in a day still my weight is in good control and also my cholestrol is in good level

10 whole egg daily in is not recommended your fat inatke will get too high assuming u eat other meals too... Limit it to 5whole and 5 white egg.

And so called Guru mann tellinh not to eat whole eggs it increases cholesterol but i think he didn't know that it decreases LDL level and increases HDL. Btw i am regular consumer of 6 eggs daily

@@simplestain6409 you're going too heavy too soon mate. Focus on proper technique with lighter weights first, and then gradually increase. Although since it's been a year now, I'm quite confident you would have progressed a lot.

One, of my friend said that diet is importat. So, from yesterday I started eating Fruits, eggs and stopped eating Rotis. I searched in the RUclips egg white or whole egg. Your video pop-up and thank god I watched because I was doing the same mistake of eating only white egg and throwing yolk in the dustbin or giving to the dogs. Now, I'm gonna eat full eggs per day. One, more thing I want to know is that shall I stop eating roti or lower down the quantity. I'm not doing gym, I'm not taking any coaching.
