If ur lifting a weight with a TUT of 5 sec rep and ur doing 6 reps that's 30sec of total TUT If the TUT is 2 sec for each rep for total 10 reps then the total TUT is less i.e. 20sec Now imagine doing 10 reps with slower TUT How much more.work will u do with the same weight
