    So , can you tell me what's the difference between lifting 20kg dumbbell for 10 reps with fast tempo and same with 6 reps for slow tempo. How is the intensity different as in prior case, the no. of reps are more (10>6). How's that gonna cause more muscle fibers damage and micro tears.

      If ur lifting a weight with a TUT of 5 sec rep and ur doing 6 reps that's 30sec of total TUT
      If the TUT is 2 sec for each rep for total 10 reps then the total TUT is less i.e. 20sec
      Now imagine doing 10 reps with slower TUT
      How much more.work will u do with the same weight

      Weight training requires the warm up with lots of stretching. Stretching makes muscles fully prepared to take up loads effectively. And in cool down time (after weight training session) we all need to again stretch muscles . And after hypertrophy when muscle fibres are full and also multiplied the body becomes even more flexible. Thus, training with weights is a better solution to keep body up and running for long time.

      @@WeRStupid suggestions..there are many youngsters and you tube handlers have confused people with natural enhancements of TEST and begtter Sexual performance ...pls..guide them by making one for them.. i have come across so many..😏 n they end up doing wrong n shitty things ... including taking blue pills of lower mg and a daily dose..rather then focusing on natural and better food quality ..

    In recent studies 6.5g proteins supplemented using 5g leucine causes higher MPS.
    Aapne Muscle protein synthesis ki baat kayi baar ki hai and book bhi likhi hai... But even agar blood me leucine levels high hai.. And after 90 min-100min amino acid pool ki peak pr hai... 6g protein kaise work krega?
    Ye Leucine theory ka concept aap clear kr skte hai kisi video me?
    Jo researchers hai wo khud bolte, Leucine trigger krta but aapko raw material( aminos acids) quantity bhi chahiye! But kuch bolte MPS start krna main hai.. Jo ki low protein high leucine supplement bhi kr deta?

    Sir if we pause at the top or bottom of the lift ...what impact will it have on strength and hypertrophy ???

      It depends on movement
      For eg in squat and deadlift it does nothing
      In bicep curls contraction at top helps but nothing at bottom and.so on
