Hi. My friend has pcos and she is a doctor herself. Tbh I've heard that there's no magic cure for it. It takes time and medical counseling. Would highly recommend you to consult a gynaecologist instead of finding solutions in videos. Nothing against Akshay sir though.He's a gem.
Note to self 1. Developing the correct attitude is a key point in a transformation. Find your actual "why" you want to transform. Actual transformation is much more than before and after pic. 2. Understand what method or fundamentals is being used in your transformation. Identify are they really sustainable in long term. Health comes before fitness. 3. Could you kindly make a video explaining the science of home workouts using light dumbells(I have 5kg dumbells at home) and combining it with some resistance bands since now lockdown is returning once again and I'm not really sure as to whether I'll be able to maintain the muscle mass or not by just doing workouts with light dumbells. Even though I've increased my reps with light dumbells, yet I've read some articles online which say that when we do high reps workout with light dumbells, we are doing endurance workout as compared to strength training workout. I'm not even consuming whey protein now since I'm not doing workouts with heavy weights anymore. Can we just maintain our muscles and strength with a pair of light dumbells and a resistance band of 15-30kg resistance with consuming only homemade food and not relying on whey protein for some time? It will be really nice if you could kindly make a video on the same as well.

Yes.... Fitness is good, transformation is good, But transformation attitude is also essential... My habbits and attitude also changed... No drugs! Only creatine, whey, and black coffee with whole food diet! I am following this for atleast 2yars now with minor breaks! It had changed my attitude indeed, no more addicted to cravings..

I remember sir, when I was 18 years old i was absolutely unfamiliar and uneducated about gyming or strength training, I joined gym and start my strength training under stupid gym trainer..I used to do extreme heavy lifting without knowing the proper posture ..I did extreme skipping..once I did 6k skipping in one day ..the stupid owner of the gym appreciate that ..but later I suffered for 2..3 years, I had knee injuries..now after 6 years I'm good..Thanking you sir, you taught us a real meaning of fitness, and giving precious knowledge.❤🙏

I remember sir, when I was 18 years old i was absolutely unfamiliar and uneducated about gyming or strength training, I joined gym and start my strength training under stupid gym trainer..I used to do extreme heavy lifting without knowing the proper posture ..I did extreme skipping..once I did 6k skipping in one day ..the stupid owner of the gym appreciate that ..but later I suffered for 2..3 years, I had knee injuries..now after 6 years I'm good..Thanking you sir, you taught us a real meaning of fitness, and giving precious knowledge.❤🙏
