    I have been vegan for three years I am healthy muscular and have all knowledge about nutrients and macronutrient and this type of people who follow for trend without knowledge to be cool are responsible for the action they take watching your video from 3 years before being vegan for ethical and animals reason and we are blessed to have real knowledge rather than random guy telling to start eating chicken for protein etc .     For quite a while being a vegan has been heavily promoted, now there's a certain group of influencers that only consume fruits and nuts, all raw. And they will all tell you how wonderful they feel all the time. However, if you just look at their physical appearance, most of then have pretty much lost all muscle mass and look weaker than a 10 year old kid! I think the best sustainable diet is what we have been consuming for generations. Of course if you would like to build yourself you need to consume higher amounts of protein.
    I absolutely admire your channel for putting out the most scientific, well rounded and sensible knowledge. We need more influencers like you Sir!

    The problem with people nowadays is that they do everything in extreme, people think whatever they are doing is only the correct way to do let it be diet, physical workout, religious beliefs, personal beliefs etc. They donot keep space in them to get some advice from others or to learn about something else. They feel like whatever they are doing is correct and everyone else are wrong. The most important thing is balance which nowadays people are lacking. They want to do to everything in extreme. But its always the balance is the key.🙌🏻

    I went on Raw diet through Dr.Roy Chaudhary 's programme.. I m type 1 diabetic as well. On the Raw diet I always felt hungry ..even I was eating something whole day in almost every two hours...still I was thinking about food..and I was hungry...after sometime I started feeling as water is flowing in my legs...from knee to ankles ..it was really odd...I decided to left that Raw diet...

      क्या आपने रोटी खानी भी छोड़ दी या ड्राई fruit नहीँ खाते थे... मै रोटी भी खाता था और ड्राई fruit भी बहुत कम खाता था। हा कभी कभी चाय दूध भी लेटा था। Dip diet अच्छी है पर 3 महीने के बाद बदलना चाहिए normal diet पर भी 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

      Atleast take some supplements make sure you eat balanced diet includes proteins, cards, fats and fibres and micros and macros . Get frequent doctor checkups. Vegan diet should be done based on doctor suggestions. Or else you will be in the news .be careful my friend

    I am vegan from last one year I loss a bit of muscle mass but no effect on my strength and I also gain my strength and endurance with proper training but I use some supplements also like multivitamins etc and hydration formula because I am a cyclist 🚴‍♀️. Akshay sir also provide best knowledge

    Sir, Salute I'm vegan and you give correct facts. I was under the impression that this might be some vegan diet bashing video, I was wrong. However your criticism is valid. We all need correct information and we should accept constructive criticism. Subscribed.
    Edit: Also before anyone tells me to take vitamin B12, I take that supplement. I get other nutrients from traditional Indian cooked food. All diets need to be planned. A well planned vegan diet is nutrionally adequate for all stages of life according to American Dietetics Association.

      As you do not take milk or curds, it is necessary for you to take B12 supplements and some fermented foods on a regular basis. This will keep your gut healthy.
      I am a vegetarian, but I do take a sufficient amount of milk and curd to satisfy the above two requirements.
      Other key items of diet and lifestyle I do take care of are:
      1. Sufficient walking.
      2. Ten minutes under the sun, every day.
      3. Low-fat diet.
      4. Omega 3 with walnuts.
      5. We use coconut oil, a saturated oil. So, I take a teaspoon of either sesame seed oil or olive oil to make sure I get some unsaturated oils. At a cellular level study, it has been shown that the negative effect of saturated oils gets largely mitigated with some unsaturated oils. This study does not mean having a bit of unsaturated fat helps, but the tests were done on some muscle cells placed in a bath of saturated, unsaturated and mixed baths.
      6. A lot of vegetables and fruits, along with white rice, whole wheat flour and legumes - all cooked.

    I think human is omnivorous for a reason, our stomach can digest non veg and certain plants and grains for a reason. So some people may live healthy by eliminating animal products but on an average a person who wants to achieve his personal peak performance, he has to rely on atleast small portions of animal based food sources.

      @@Harshil_2708 Have you ever been to a farm and saw 2 days old calf taken away from his mother to be killed in the slaughter house, I have. The mother cow is painfully inseminated every 6 months, so that the calf is born and we can have the milk. The calf is snatched away in the very moment to be killed. The right of having the milk is always his, he never gets a drop. Have you ever been to an egg farm to see a hen who can only lay 10 eggs a year is forced to lay 300 eggs a year? And she also dies in that procedure after 11 months? Have you ever seen the horror in the eyes of cows who are in the queue in the slaughter house. I have. They literally try to run away.
      The thing was not this bad in our ancestors time and also there were less food choices. But now situation is more than horrific and we have lots of food choices. Make the right choice 🙏

    I reduce milk in my tea to make it strong and appreciate the aroma of tea.
    In case of darjeeling tea, I don't add milk at all to respect the aroma & taste.

      Tea has oxalates which are like glash shards and they are not metabolized by the body,
      They can bind to calcium and become un absorbable. Hence It will be a good idea to put more milk not less.

    i am vegan for climate change...and animal cruality...i dont have any deficiency....i eat mindfully protein vitamin everything....i do gym from past few years and completely ok....it is compulsory for climate change,saving water,land degradation,tackling global hunger problem

    Such people give bad example to Veganism. Veganism was never about body diet however one can live a healthy life by adequate amount of food and deficiencies can be treated with correct supplements. Main motive behind going Vegan is stopping Animal cruetly and Environment damage which is largely caused by Animal Agriculture. Q1 How milk is not cruel? when clearly the animals are artificially given hormones to fulfil the your demands. Q2 Is Animal use not Animal Abuse? Now some say what will happen to them if we don't use them, who will take care, they will increase in number to them I say their are terms know as wild life sanctuaries, their are many animal well fare whom we can support to take care. They are so many in numbers because your demand first brought them into existence. If the demand drops the artifical and genetically modified animals will not be their. Be Vegan🪴 for Animals and Planet 🌎 Your Body is your responsibilty with proper education be Vegan.

    Sir my opinion is, ki agar fit aur healthy rehna hai, toh kisi qualified doctor se consult karo, kisi qualified nutritionist se consult karo, woh aapka body type dekhenge, aapki medical condition dekhenge aur aapko appropriate diet prescribe karenge. Bewajah videos dekh kar koi diet pe jaana bewakoofi hogi. Seedha rasta hai. Kya hai, logon ko lagta hai ki paise bacha lo, aur video dekh kar diet follow kar lo. Isse nuksaan hone ke chances zyada ho jaate hain.

    Eat everything - in natural state - That's PALEO, better than a diabetic diet.
    No issues with health or mobility, but having been obese all my life, was waiting for the right change.
    Tried Atkins a few years back, lost weight, returned to normal food and gained it all back.
    Till I came across a practicing cardiologist who clarified in detail and asked to avoid 3 things only - FLOUR of any type - High Glycemic Intex. Then Sugar - the Fructose is the killer. And finally Processed - Sunflower, Safflower, Canola, Corn......move to virgin coconut oil or cow ghee.
    And intermittent fasting - I selected OMAD - One Meal A Day - the one meal I had consisted of 750-800 grams of salad - Cucumber, tomato, cabage - red and white, onion and olives. AND chicken breast or eggs or dal or Nutrela or PAYA (lamb trotters). A small bowl of rice or Oats.
    Worked wonders for me..
    From the dreaded 3 digit weight - 101/102 - to 80 KGS in 4 months.
    A year later, currently at 73/74 KGS, maintaining the PALEO. One week OMAD, one week 2MAD. Bread forms a part of my cheat meal - two slices of high fibre bread - once a week.
    Bottom Line - most diets fail as we return to NORMAL FOOD - which is where the problem had started.
    And, by the way, I am at the threshold of 50. And have added HIIT workout to my life.
    Eat well, Stay Healthy 🙏
