    Thank u so much for correct info!! From ur earlier videos and this one..conclusion for weight loss is :- Calories deficit ( balance diet but reduced from normal) + increase metabolism rate through HIIT, strength training....That's it..❤️❤️

    Thanks for clearing my doubts. I workout in the evening. My gym instructor also told me to control carbs and avoid rice at night. And take protein shake after workout.

    I stopped carbs to loose weight. I did loose weight but it was from my muscles rather fat.. My arms became leaner, my gym performance dropped, but my waist didn't get slimmer..

    If i am on overall calories deficit and if I eat at night and immediately after that i sleep, then it will not affect my weight loss objective

      Sorry to say that but in my career of bodybuilding of 18 yrs no such fact is noticable but for me it is only noticable if I am on my final last month of show then we only consume chest other than that it's harmful , if u don't trust continue for 3 years daily and don't consume any fat then you will surely die.

      Fine try it yourself, but as per some of the most respected one Rohit something if u don't consume a balanced diet which is a complete composition of fats, protein, carb, fibre then surely you will notice . Try experimenting on yourself to prove that. And I live at Durgapur , Andal , West bengal. I would request if u can come to the gym and do some kind of physical training atleast.@ vaibhab

    Akash ji, why don't you refer Ayurveda also. In Ayurveda, it is told that one should eat less after sunset , because Jathar Agni becomes low in evening and night. In many interviews , Akshay Kumar has also told that after 6:30, one should not eat.

      Bhai, when Akshaya Kumar , a great actor and really very fit person says that don't eat after 6:30 or if wanna eat then eat very light then definitely he must be right. And Akash is saying that you can eat Roti, Rice in the night. Infact I have reduced my weight from 92 kg to 78 kg in last 7 months, doing just this...

      It's about r we doing this now
      Our entire clock has changed
      People back then used to wake.up.with first light and sleep sometime after sunset
      The entire timing is changed
      So the hunger patterns and energy levels also fluctuate

      Ayurveda has been saying for thousands of years that we should leave 1/4th of space empty while having food.
      The other day, I saw a video of Actor Madhavan where he was teaching 'drink food, chew water' as some exotic/newly discovered rule, without mentioning that this is coming from our own Ayurveda.

    Hello Sir, from the comments I could see you are delivering amazing content and breaking myths on weightloss with lots of facts. But I'm requesting you for the second time to try and make the video in English so that everyone can understand. I can understand only a little Hindi, there are other people who are really confused with so many people sharing different diets. Other option is subtitle can be added.

I am a south indian and i did not studied hindi till 8th standard... after that subject was included in our syllabus but its not mandatory we automatically get 35marks even if we don't write anything because it is not our language.. now i don't know about current situations in schools.. so most of the south indians dont know hindi...

      He is not wrong. Normally if you want to stay fit you eat and sleep after 1.5 hours later. Given Akshay sleeps at 9 - 10 pm.

    Sir the thing about metabolism change during the day and night is mentioned in Ayurveda,you can check.
    Most of things I agree with you except the above,and one more thing that studies done by foreign countries on foreign people can react differently on Indian people as the weather is different and the change in metabolism is related to weather also as per Ayurveda.Please do give your views on this.Thank you.

      @@WeRStupid Sir I agree with you about the lifestyle of people being change in today's time and I also agree with you about eating carbs at night but I just wanted to say that there are very less percentage of youth that are working in night shifts I have also done night shifts before and as far as what I have observed is that even if I have a healthy carb meal at night I did not feel hungry uptill sunrise but after having breakfast I used to be hungry after 2-3 hours that's when i read a lot about Ayurveda and did found that metabolism thing.You make amazing videos sir.Thank you

    I am not a person who is a salad or soup freak neither do i like having sauted vegetables especially at night when we crave for something more delicious. Since i am having thyroid several dieticians and youtubers suggeted small 5-6 meals( completely gluten free) throughout a day replacing normal rice with brown rice, our whole wheat grain rotis with oats roti or oats pulao keeping very light at night either of salads and soups. But honestly, i am very much tired and done with all this, having those salads at night and kind of incomplete food in lunch which i don't even like. I agree salads are important and should be included in our meal but with a small portion in raw form as an addon or complimentary to our meals but not as a wholesome meal, atleast i cannot eat them daily as a meal.. I really miss eating our own Indian food including whole wheat chapatis, rice and properly cooked vegetables. Can we have all this in thyroid as well ? Does Indian food increases weight in thyroid as they contain gluten? It's my humble request, please can you make a detailed video on thyroid and how exactly we can maintain and reduce weight in thyroid? Do i have to keep eating gluten free diet? Also, can we switch back to traditional Indian diet and if so, how to maintain rapidly increasing weight which is a major loophole in thyroid?

    Totally agree with you, consuming carbs at night or at any time doesn't matter it's just a matter of the how much calories you take throughout the day .

    Sir please reply ....I do gym around 22-2300 due to time constraint ....then I take protein with water....after half an hour I take simple dal and rice as I live alone and it is easy to make........I often take curd at night.......is it ok ...please reply waiting for u

    Yes true satvic movement also say this .as they say you should do intermittent fasting of 16hr /8hr rule .if you eat at 8pm then only eat at 1o am in morning'

    Is that possible balance the muscles imbalance like left chest muscle is small by half inch than right same goes with biceps and other muscles .
    I use a technique like doing more volume on weaker side ,is this approach correct or how to design a workout plan for this type of problem.

      There is always a slight difference in terms of body parts
      As your overall size grows the difference won't be visible
      Also try doing dumbbell workouts instead of barbells

    Sir, I have only one doubt , is there any diet based on blood group ,,??? my blood group is B+ , they say I have to avoid food like , corn, wheat , peanut as they can cause weight gain, chicken is a big NO for my blood type as it can cause stroke and immune disorders, do I have to follow this ?     Hello sir I use to do cardio ZUMBA earlier and was taking normal roti sabzi diet with boiled eggs or paneer
    As I have seen very less progress in my body or slow progress or u can say I wanted to do strength training for making my self strong
    I shifted to weight training it's been week only shall I continue same diet roti sabzi and eggs for protein or paneer
    Or shall I change my diet as I have change my workout

    We all agree that one needs to eat less to lose weight. Since its better to reduce carb in dinner for most people, that is recommended. In case of special people - like the case of those who do heavy workout in evening - that is an exception - they may eat carbs as you said.

    My usual eating style starts with protein rich foods and fats towards the early part of the day, and carbohydrates towards the end of the day, that is dinner time. Protein and fats keep me fuller throughout the day. Protein and fats take longer to digest. In that way I don't have the the tendency to binge on unhealthy snacks. I take my carbs with some protein during my dinner coz carbs are easier and faster to digest. In that way my digestive system gets to rest faster before I go to bed. I make sure that I finish my dinner atleast 4 hours b4 bed time. So I usually finish my dinner by 6 pm and sleep by 10 pm. This way my digestive system is almost at rest and I have blood and oxygen supply to more important part of the body, the brain during my sleep. This is a sure way to get a sound sleep for me. This lifestyle has brought a lot of improvement to my overall health. I feel more energetic at work and I am less moody nowadays.
