    The problem is when influencers compares these two foods they just degrade sattu..considering whey as superior!! They do comparison from protein perspective only....!! The good thing about your comparison is uh described these two foods from all nutritional perspective and practical approach!!

    500 ml milk sham ko aur 500 ml subah lagbhag 30 gram protin to milk se mil Gaya
    Mix daal se bana 200 gram chilla se 50 gram protin mil jayega baki aur bhi thoda bahut kuch na kuchh to khate hi rahe hai to lagbhag 80 se 85 gram protin asani se mil sakta hai
    Mix dal ka protin complete protein bhi hota milk protein to vaise bhi complete protein hi hota hai

      Abe bhai par calories bhi toh badh rahi h, utna burn bhi toh karna padega, din ka 1L dudh peena sabke liye convenient nhi, specially unke liye jo log cut kar rahe hai.... Aise bhai tu din ka 20 katori dal pee kar bhi protein cover kar sakta par fats and carbs bhi toh aayenge, and baht kam logo ki diet itni zyada hoti h ki wo 1 L dudh peeye fir aur meals bhi khaaye... Get some education bruv. This dude explained everything perfectly... The truth is, aisi diet se strength bhale hi aa jaaye but you would never have a light and aesthetic physique. Study about cutting and caloric deficit.

    There are 2 groups of people.
    First one will say sattu is all you need and protein is useless and the other one will say protein is best sattu is useless .
    Personally I don't take sattu as a drink because I am in a cutting season but it's very useful for other healthy recipes.

    Mein bhi dono use karta hoon sasta padd jaata hain .whey protein hafte mein 3 din aur dahi ,sattu jaise hafte mein 3 din 😊😊its a good and reasonable bhi ho jaata hain,

    Sattu is great for three situations,
    1- Mass gaining : add this to your diet along with your regular food.
    2- Fat loss: Eat less of regular carbs and more of sattu.
    3- Low budget nutrition: If you are a student or just low on budget, then sattu will provide you quality nutrition for your fitness goals
    But yeah, it won't help you much with competitive body building.

    According to PDCAAS chart, digestiblity of protine present in milk/whey is among the highest . I don't think sattu will have such efficient quality of protein. Please refer to this chart whenever you are availing to protine content in foods sources.

      You can take to meet daily requirements.
      There are cases were doctors prescribe heavy doses of whey protein to even cancer patients so yes u can calculate your daily requirement and take accordingly although light to moderate exercise is always good no matter what

Even whey protein supplement which contains just protein, it spikes the blood urea nitrogen when taken daily which again affects kidney in long run... Whey protein contains large amount of artificial sweetener which again make you insulin resistant when taken daily... Whey protein contains artificial flavouring agents, anti caking agents, preservatives which too affects Kidney and liver...

    I have recently become naturaltein customer and currently using the whey protein isolate and BCAA .. loving both the products .. they are fantastic.. purposely I am keeping myself out of caffeine as long as possible for pre workout …. I hit gym at 5:30 am in the morning and consume the BCAA and few dates and soaked almonds only

    Hello Akshay Sir, I bought whey isolate cafe mocha flavour from naturaltien website. After shaking its forming a lot of foam and it also forms a lot of lumps. Is it okay ? Or is the package getting manipulated while transportation. Earlier I use to take concentrate from naturaltien itself but it’s mix-ability was great. Don’t know if that’s the case in whey Isolate. Anyone using whey Isolate can you guys please confirm.

    I am living in China and have ordered online, North China brand company way protein powder, Protein content 86% and price is almost Rs.1200 for 2 container 600g each. I guess it's not expensive 🤔

    Well put.. I will watch other videos you've put up on whey protein.. I hope there's some option other than supplements and powders because experts are raising concerns about long term ill effects of protein supplements... There was an article in Indian Express I guess.. I think it was ICMR... Not sure, I read it a few weeks back..

    Basically the only difference is that 100g Sattu can give you 25gm protein meanwhile 30gm Whey can give you 22gm which is almost similar but calories consumed is less in Whey compared to Sattu.

    Whey protein sabke liye nahi hai... jinka workout 4-5 hours ka hai aur recovery ka time nahi hai, unke liye hai. Whey protein digestion fast karta hai

    Is sattu a form of besan? Isnt besan also gram flour?

      Besan is made from grinding of raw chickpeas without shell and sattu is also same but it's roasted before grinding

    my sasti diet is but way more powerfull than whey protien is : - 8 eggs a day 4 in morning ad 4 in dinner, 50 gm soya, 1-2 roti, lil bit rice and 1-2 green vegitable that mother makes for everyone in home and 2 hr gym 40 min cardio every single day and single muscle workout every day many more to tell but ... this is pretty much good bye

    I used to drink sattu but switch to a brown rice+pea protein isolate protein powder. It gives about 24 grams of protein per scoop with only 110 calories. It works great when i want to boost up the protein content my body needs in a calorie deficit. Moreover, its vegan so i don't get any side effects some people face during whey consumption since whey is made from milk.

    Milk quality is so poor so whey quality would also be not that good..Carb is also required when we do gym so should not we use sattu + 8 egg white+ other natural protein sources

      @@Andy__9 sure bro, I take whey protein in morning right after workout. Then, sattu in afternoon. I've tried a few protein but optimum nutrition performance whey is the best at 2000rs. Earlier it was at 2600 now the price has dropped.

    Whey protein ka alternative bhi ho sakta hai and woh hai Soya Chunks usme 50% Protein hota hai. Toh Whey Protein ke jagah 50 gm Soya Chunks le sakte hai aur usme 25-26 gm of protein milta hai

    The only difference is which makes sattu suitable for human body and natural absorbs where we dont know the whey box is acceptable by our body or not bcs it's processed, which makes sattu a drink of miracle
