    There are extremely few nutritionist and influencers like this man who guide ppl in the right direction and tell the importance of good nutritious diet and about weight training which are the key components if one wants to lose weight the healthy way. Zelocity and this channel is my favorite if I need any information related to holistic health and fitness. I started following this man after I watched one of his videos where he had exposed the channel of versatile vicky. That channel is full of misinformation and how that influencer being a woman herself is ruining the health of some many woman by giving them crash diets considering we woman go through hormonal changes and dat it's difficult for us woman to gain muscle as compared to men. But ppl are running after fast results and that's what these so called fake fitness channel's key focus is.

      You can lose fat on maintenance calories and build muscle same time but if you are eating at maintenance make sure you also progressive overload on weight training but you need to do weight training on maintenance calories for fat loss while very slowly build muscle and for deficit Maximum 500 not above that
