I must say the way you ended the video is really overwhelming. We don’t get what we want, we get what we deserve. Amazing words. I myself have been lifting for almost 3 years. I have done quite a digging but by far this is the best collective and concrete content I have found. Thanks big brother. Really appreciate your endeavours. 👍

Kya baat boli hai bhai video key end mein.
I have been seeing now a days, people getting all crazy about the diet (which is a good thing), but nobody talks about how hard you have to train and the pain. Kudos!
    And amazing video.
The way you talk and the way you present facts.

I connect myself with the last lines of video 😎 it has been six year of training and these days gaining muscles are much harder compared to my initial starting stage .. Gvt is one of them i consider to work on to break plateau ...although the journey has been with ups and down.. What this generation needs to understand is to have patience and embrace what they have got dont compare yourself with others the fight is with yourself not with any one else 😊

Great words "Life doesn't give you what you want, Life gives you what you deserves. But, life also gives what you work and how hard you work. I completely agree with everything you said. The more the hardwork, nutrition, sleep for years, the more better the results. Ok, can I build and gain little bit via home and park work-outs. I'm doing regularly everyday without rest. I saw results because I build my chest but not other things like biceps, stomach area or shoulder. So, what exercises I should do to be in shape. Not, using any supplements, powder thing?

I like your videos. Its based on experience, trail and error and it is genuine. Please make one video on whether or not we should have multivitamins and minerals supplements and in what quantity and daily requirement. Also other supplements like digestive enzymes, vitamin D etc. What effect it will have if we use or don't use these supplements on muscle building. What will be the difference if we go for muscle building on purely natural diet. Also whether these can be available at local chemist shop at low price. I think this will be very important video and it will be helpful and clear many doubts.
    Thank you.

I have a critical question for u. I take lunch (generally rice, fish curry, vegetables and whole egg) at 2.00 pm, hit gym at 4.00 pm and finish my workout inside 5.15 pm. My lunch should take around 2-4 hours to digest. Then the protein will go to muscle. If I take lunch around 2 hours before workout, is it necessary to take protein shake just after the workout to get instant protein? Because I think my lunch will just get digested at that time and I will get protein from that food. Please answer. Thanks.
