I completed the work because another plumber had left it stubbed up through the floor. After I installed the vanity and installed the cheapest pex stopper and supply line "All in one" i installed the faucets, waste and stoppers, and mechanical vents(studor vents). I called the owner who lived in New York and he refused to pay me and told me to get the money from his (Ex) girlfriend. I called her for about a day , sent texts, nothing. Soooooo. I made this video. 😁 I found out a few months later the house went into foreclosure and about a year later after keeping tabs on this house, i purchased this place at a court house auction. Sooooo Karma I guess. - Развлечения
If you hire a fly by night unlicensed uninsured criminal for a plumber, sure. Professional contractors will get paid without committing criminal acts.

But at some point I wish we lived in a society that supported anti victim hood.
I know God said turn thy cheek, I would have a hard time not doing what this plumber did if someone was trying to prevent me from putting food on the table.

A contract fixes this entire problem. Hire only licensed, bonded and insured plumbers and electricians and hvac. That way everyone has legal recourse if something is wrong.
@jamescarter6318 he took my saving to buy his materials. Tub, kitchen faucet , both bathroom faucets, sinks, toilets , it cost me almost 4k and I was broke. With my mortgage payment due the next day no money for groceries. And this guy lived in NY I'm from FL.

An old boss of mine did a brick planter for a doctor and was done pretty quickly.
The doctor was having second thoughts when presented the bill, he said it was an awful amount of money for a few hours of work to which the boss told his brothers to go get the chains.
The doctor asked why the chains and he was told were going to rip this thing off your house.
Then he said I have to pay you fifty bucks just to walk in your office... the doctor saw things in a different light and paid the bill.

I used to put a test cap in the clean out outside, with a sticker with my company name, number, and date on it. When the drains stopped they wouldn't call me, they owed me money. So they called other plumbers that would see my sticker, they would call me, because it was obvious the work was still under warranty. This happens too often unfortunately. The one thing they don't tell you when getting into the trades; people mysteriously disappearing when it comes time to collect your money. The worst time was when the builder refused to pay the 2nd installment payment after finishing the rough and passing inspection. We went in with sawzalls and just started cutting everything. If a contractor fixes something and the homeowner doesn't pay, you need to go to court. If you "selfhelp" and remove something that is attached to the house, you now have to pay the homeowner for the damages
@corryandrew2357 This is coming from the judge from the last time I took someone to court. He said, and I quote, " The item in question is/was damaged, and I need to return it to the store," and just don't return until payment is made in full. There is no need to reinstall the old fixtures because you're currently in the process of repairing or replacement, so if the home owner doesn't pay its not your fault but theirs!
@HungarianHacker
You're right. It's not your fault. But you still can't go and "self-help" and remove whatever you have installed. Note This is only applied to things that are/become attached to the property.
This needs to be resolved in court.
If the homeowner has a good enough lawyer, he would win because it's illegal to self-help. However, considering the fact he didn't pay you, I'm assuming it is the reason the judge sided with you cause he didn't have money for a good lawyer.

My dad went to go demolish a stone wall that he didn't get paid for back in the 80's. Almost got arrested because it would have been destruction of private property. Some of these criminals that own homes are smart.
Im on a “customer refuses to pay” binge and let me tell you I’m shocked and very happy with everybody’s work lol
I need to see more of these
As a plumber I've been tempted to do this a few times I just stopped working for contractors
What a legend
I try. I do it for you guys!!! 🤣😆😂
My boy literally bought that house thats too much of a badass move😂
Be mindful of a patient man. Because vengeance is best served in time.
@@HungarianHacker Because it is something they cannot get back?
Another thing he did that most people I see in the comments is put the sawzall on the counter blade down big Nono 1500$ countertop lol well played lad
Nothing epoxy should fix
If you think that top is worth 1500 i got a lot of stuff i can sell your dumbass
That’s not a Sawzall. That’s a Ryobi.
I wouldn't have shut the water valve off first.
Game over if you do that. Youll be liable for any flooding damages
Yeah people forget you can’t cause damage, you can remove your goods but without causing any damage
Alex but what will probably happen is someone will turn it on without knowing the lines were cut. ✨✨✨
@@angeldesigns9064 Well usually this situation starts with a pay dispute between the customer and the contractor. The contractor would most likely make it clear that if they aren't paid for their services they will remove their work. He's turned off the valve anyway lol
Josh Washere yeah that house was not lived in and being worked on! Any tile guy, drywall guy, painter, or anybody could have walked in, hit a faucet or hose bib and said “oh I don’t have any water” and turned the shit on! looking under god damn vanity would have been the furthest thing from their mind!
THATS WHAT THEY GET FOR NOT PAYING!
I do granite fabrication and installs.
Hard work is hard work. You hire someone to work hard, and finish a job,
YOU BETTER PAY 💰.
Actually in some parts of the UK, this is what happens when you hire a plumber lol
I mean if your plumber uses Ryobi his work probably ain’t worth much anyways...
Lmao exactly what I was thinking
Tools dont make a difference. Ryobi malika Milwaukee. Its if you know what your doing. If he didnt get paid its probably because of some rich ignorant people that want to stick it to people.
I nominate this for the "feel-good" video of the day. And congratulations on the purchase of your new home!
Thank you.
Idiot, you believe anything. Very well could have been his home already or was relocating sink or upgrading. Stop being an idiot
Well done its happened to me before roof and a drywall job no pay at end of job.. sorry john doe for the leaks!! Lol
Should've went down In the crawl space and done it, they would've needed a plumber to go down and check for them lol
That’s the most Ricky from trailer park boys thing I’ve seen in a while after wards you go to leave stop and say ahhh I’m just gonna take this with me hahahah golden
I lost it when he said “Imma take this with me” XD))
I changed the oil in a lady’s car once and claimed I was lying and didn’t change it. My boss trusted me at all times and knew she was lying to get a free oil change. This is a new Mercedes GL Class by the way. So my boss removed the new oil from the car. And asked me to put in old oil from the oil deposit we use to store old oil. So she left with older oil. Next month she had to tow the car in the workshop. 😂
Some of these American plumbers are hilarious. Laughable work in that sink unit🤣
Best advice I have for working with any Tradesman. Find out the price up front... have that money ready in cash when the job is done. I have a computer biz, and I'm cool with people who handle transactions that way.
Bruh this shit is so funny “oop, I’m gunna take this with me”
Shoulda cut them off at the bottom of the cabinet so they didn’t have any meat to replace it without ripping out the lav.
Read the description just now and that’s beautiful lmao
Cool! Good for you!
One time when I was 15 an elderly couple said they'd pay me to clean they're gutters, so I did. In the rain. During November. I was so so so cold, and it took about an hour/hour and a half, maybe 2. Anyway, I go in, tell them I'm done, and would like to get paid. The old man said he didn't have any money to pay me, but that he was grateful blah blah blah. I don't remember exactly what he said because I started getting light-headed, my vision was fading, and I was about to pass out. I end up passing out in front of them, falling over, hitting my head on something, and landing on the ground while they freak out. I only know what happened while I fainted because even by though I went "unconscious," fell, and couldn't see or move for qbout 15 seconds, for some reason I could still hear and knew what was going on. When I came to the guys wife demanded he pay me, put me in one of their jackets (like 4-5 sizes too small for me), and walk me to my dads, still in the rain, that was literally 2 houses away. I got home, took a warm shower, got my $50, and laughed about the whole thing and didn't tell anyone what happened lmao. Moral of the story, pay your damn workers
Edit: currently 22 and in construction now
@BlackLives Don'tMatter At least he was paid, you seem to have a problem with people preforming work and getting paid. Like they should.
@BlackLives Don'tMatter No, he cleaned their gutters and received the agreed amount for the service. You seem to have a lack of reading comprehension.
@BlackLives Don'tMatter "Black lives Don'tMatter".
@BlackLives Don'tMatter Wouldn't want you to think you've won, what what was that about primates? My friend, you're mighty good at attributing your own traits to others.
@BlackLives Don'tMatter Oh, one more thing. Good luck, with the amount of brain power you have, you'll need it. Truly laughable that you think you're smart, the true embodiment of the Dunning-Krueger effect.
“So uh , you gotta leak!”
“I’ll come back next week and fix it”
Love it
That bathroom wall looks like the one in my hotel room I stayed at for a while
It might be the same and one
Customer: Umm what's that noise?
Plumber: Uhhh Just "Plumbin" nothing much
1:13
About time tradesman had there say on things
Customers gotta know you called me not the other way around we don’t just ride past stop and think you know this would be a great place for plumbing.
