Is there a version without cream, as there is already butter and avocado in this dish? Too many calories! I actually never use cream in any recipe, maybe yogurt or cottage cheese to substitute?
I use to go to this one place that has a soup like this. I don’t think their version had avocado. However, that was many years ago and cities. So having an idea how to make this soup might still work out.
I'm a little confused.The video shows adding water and what looks to be about a cup of cream, but your recipe doesn't include water, and calls for 1/2 gallon of cream. Really, 1/2 a gallon?
