I cannot wait to prepare some! A question... I do not have heavy cream or cream cheese. I do have a small can of sweetened condensed milk and also fat free skim. Would either do? Thank you!
Those will not work, you can use evaporated milk though.

You can put in in at thee end or leave it out, up to you!

I will cook this since you use 1 T, of flour only.
You can even leave that step out all together. Add a couple oz cream cheese instead. 😊
