wish they drove faster! always feels like they're going 60mph. And Bautista never really attacks Bond with guns or tries to ram him, just sortof follows him around
1. Guns: Bautista must have got the report from guards that they tried to shoot the car without causing any damage, he should know that car is bulletproof. 2. Ramming: For the same reason, as a bulletproof car, it should be also extra resistant to impacts more than a normal supercar. As those supercars are fragile, Bautista didnt want to damage his car more than he would damage Bond's, thus ending the chase. 3. Speed: Rome may be a big city but its streets, except some big ones, are mostly narrow and short. In order to avoid accidents and damage their cars, they had to be slower than expected. Now we know Hinx can easily catch up to Bond in a straight line, but he never does it again. It's a sterile scene where the audience doesn't know is Hinx is trying to catch or kill Bond. It still hurts to know Jaguar scrapped the production of CX-75 hypercar (one that Batista is driving). Its one hell of a car❤️ Awesome chase scene though ❤️❤️❤️
It's unfortunate... but it's also because Jaguar lost it's essence. Used to be Jaguar made sport cars, then mostly sedans and Land Rover made the SUV... and now Jaguar makes a bit of everything and people are a bit confused... so that reflects in sales.
Not even. The xj220 did make it to production status as can be driven on the road. The cx75 never made it which is mind boggling considering it’s one of the most beautiful jags ever made. Second only to the xj220.

The whole car chase didn't work.
The jokes were out of place, there was no reason for Bond to be so worried about one guy following him, and then he just ditches the whole car for no reason.
The whole film didn't work.
My thoughts exactly. Why will James Bond run away from One guy? Wouldn't he rather want to hold that guy hostage once he took him to isolated place via the car chase and ask him questions or kill him.
@@ashishmeena8181 well did u see how bond had a very difficult time killing him later on in the movie he almost was killed himself if not for that french female no way he could take him hostage
@@jeegupopli1871 But Bond didn't know this beforehand that He will not be able to take him out one on one. There was no point for him to be scared of one guy. In the opening scene of the movie Bond takes on how many guys single-handedly? He even climbed a helicopter. Now you tell me, which one is easier? Taking on multiple guys in opening scene where he climbed a helicopter or taking on one guy?
It's just hard to believe that Bond will be worried about being chased down by one guy given the dare devil he is. And not try to take him out once Bond and that Guy both were alone.
I disagree, I thought it was a great chase
Rome is so beautiful when there’s no one there.
@James Bond 007..perfect ending..always something like this.."GOOD EVENING"..sweet greeting card💋🏆🍾
i think i'll have to rewatch this film, only saw it once in cinemas and loved it there
The times when jaguar was actually jaguar and not some Alphabet Community Brand
That Jag Cx-75 sounds sooo good. Something about the V6 rumble
Is that jaguar cx75 on auto pilot I don't see anyone driving the car
James Bond irritates the bad guy by again again turning left - right and left - right 😂
We could also see that reaction at the bad guy's face ... 😂
Everyone talking about how tame this race looks and that I don't think people appreciate its an actual chase and someone trying to outdrive the other love it
That Jag looks sick
For a sequence featuring two cars made specifically for the movie - an Aston Martin prototype and a Jaguar double - that was one hell of an anticlimactic chase.
Where is everyone?
Total traffic on the streets for last 5 minutes of chase: 1 truck, 1 Fiat 500, 1 Iveco Dump truck
Total Pedestrians: 0
maybe they were quarantined
Early hrs (1-5am ) are not the nicest time of the day to go for a walk.
@Shivas Irons fuck, it was great scene
I think it's supposed to be very late at night, like 3:00 AM or something.
@@landochabod7 by Rome standards, it's still empty for that hour.
This car chase is so weak when compared to the excellent one in the opening of Quantum Of Solace.
QoS car chase was great, only ruined by its horrible camera work and editing.
Eww the QoS car chase was awful. Brutally filmed & edited so you can't see what's happening, totally anticlimactic, and saved only by the ending "It's time to get out" reveal.
That one was shit too, completely ruined by the editing and camerawork.
in before cringe comments about the quantum of solace editing
@@mmmmmmm3246 Cringe huh? Have you seen this movie on a cinemascreen? You can barely see what's going on.
The moment James and Hinx drive to the Saint Pieters cathedral with the church sound is amazing 😇
The chase looks boring but the sequence starting from 4:00 is absolutely beautiful. The beautiful cars, spectacular city view and of course the music!
True! ❤
1:23 That New York riff really made me laugh.
The chemistry between Harris and Craig, they should make Moneypenny a field agent again and give her the 00 status.
Cue the angry virgin brigade having a meltdown
Honestly, she should have been the replacement at the end of no time to die
No because that’s not moneypenny
"Who is it?"
"Nobody."
"That's no nobody."
"Uh, it's just a friend."
"At this time of night?'
"It's called live, James; you should try it."
James be like: "Yea, been there done that."
Wham Baam, Thank you Maam
This is probably the cleanest car chase sequence in movie history, you could probably return those two cars back to the dealer as brand new unused car, LOL.
You see being a car enthusiast and a lover of both the "db10" and that jaaag, despite the lack of high stakes i still really enjoyed this chase
Who's here after Jaguar ruined their legacy and ruined the memories of what a car is.
Highly recommended that to add back the classic theme music for the coming 007 films.
Yeah Hans Zimmer is doing no time to die so I feel like it might be more like skyfall and spectre. I do miss david Arnold though. They haven't used him to do the score of a james bond since quantem.
My favourite scene in the movie! 10/10
4:39
4:00 2 classy sport cars, in front of st. Peter's basil, and epic music with it, perfection.
Smooth driving as ever James. Bond makes it look total chill. Bit like his Martini!
The good evening at the end is most Bond thing I've ever seen
Imagine if Christopher Nolan directed a James Bond film.
Think about that for a second.
No thanks, imo Bond is not his style.
@@a0402330 And we all thought Batman wasn't his style. Especially after Batman & Robin. And look what he did with the caped crusader.
It could even be bad or be the next greatest bond movie ever.
There's no middle ground with Nolan.
Pedro Henrique R. de Oliveira he’s never made anything less than good he’s not going to make a bad bond film
It still hurts to know Jaguar scrapped the production of CX-75 hypercar (one that Batista is driving). Its one hell of a car❤️
Awesome chase scene though ❤️❤️❤️
I know 😢
I want one!
At least I can drive one in forza
Jaguar has never been a sport manufacturer anyway
@@OutCast907But still the brand is in touch with sports cars...
It's unfortunate... but it's also because Jaguar lost it's essence. Used to be Jaguar made sport cars, then mostly sedans and Land Rover made the SUV... and now Jaguar makes a bit of everything and people are a bit confused... so that reflects in sales.
Williams Advanced Engineering did a fantastic job with the development of the C-X75 stuntcar!
That CX75 is badass
That C-X75 Jag was so beautiful, such a shame it went out the same way as XJ220 did.
Not even. The xj220 did make it to production status as can be driven on the road. The cx75 never made it which is mind boggling considering it’s one of the most beautiful jags ever made. Second only to the xj220.
@@rmani81 Don't forget about the XJ13. That is a beauty.
Why can't they ever upload videos in the correct aspect ratio? This is the official Bond channel, for god's sake.
Yup. It's so puzzled
IMAX version perhaps.
I think because youtube converts them to generic 16x9 at least in Safari.... who was the cinematographer? oh
Hoyte van Hoytema yes he shoots all formats spherical ... anamorphic..IMAX ect.
For the official channel... do you really not have access to the original widescreen version?
Who said this is an official channel?
@@Wowmusicable
Their About page says, "The official James Bond 007 RUclips channel."

I guess this is IMAX version which is 16:9
@@splintergectornathan9045 Nope, it's very clearly cropped

How thrilling to cut away from the car chase just to show Moneypenny opening the fridge. Oscar winning work.
The action sequences in No Time to Die are a huge improvement over the ones in Spectre. The Matera car chase is streets ahead (pardon the pun) of this.
That's about the only decent action sequence in NTTD - and they showed most of it in the trailers!
No Time To Die was a boring mess all the action is at the start of the film and then it’s a drama fest for almost 3 hours and you barley see the villain
I hate the ending, because unlike other times, he had no reason to DROWN a PERFECTLY PRISTINE condition Aston Martin! It had no damage at all!
He did run out of road.
Jaguar Cars sleeps with the fishes 💀
I don't care what critics say. Bautista makes a great Bond villian!
I like how James Bond does not discriminate the poor person at the end of the video and tells him “good evening”.
The writers could have done much better on this one. Totally not Daniel's fault. He just does whatever they tell him and more. He's legendary now.
When the radio started playing bond thought someone should talk to 009 about his taste in music lol
I guess Moneypenny was tired of waiting!
This was more like a Ferrari VS Aston Martin Commercial rather than a Bond movie
Loved this chase. Not everything has to be crash & explosions..
Me encanta esa escena . Bond demuestra toda su elegancia manteniendo la calma en momentos críticos..
I LOVE this film especially this scene. I don't care what the haters and want to be driving experts say.
👍
The only bond car chase to put me to sleep.
So true. This movie was terrible. It had all the makings of a great Bond Film. The story, the villains, even the right casting. Christoph Waltz was born to be Blofeld and they just blew it
💯
It wouldn't be so bad if they didn't had put that annoying music over the car sounds.
Now this is why I like Spectre more than Tube Chasing in Skyfall and The DB5 Donut Gun-Down in No Time To Die
This is the cleanest car chase I've ever seen.
