On March 29, 2022, an officer was dispatched to a suspicious parked vehicle in Janesville, WI. After confronting the driver, he ignored their commands and drove off. A Rock County Sheriff’s deputy later noticed the driver and attempted a traffic stop. He fled again and drove in the wrong direction into oncoming traffic. Eventually, the suspect struck head-on into a deputy’s vehicle and then fled on foot. After hours of searching, he was discovered hiding in the egress window of a residence.

Yeesh -- patrolmen, let me give you some hard-earned advice. Calm down, take 3 breaths, then calm down again. As an FTO I saw way too many itchy triggers and heard way too many conflicting verbal commands, all of whom were way too amped up. You're a walkiling liability until you sort out your training and felony step procedures. This stemmed from a paraphernalia charge, not a murder suspect. Deescalate first and foremost; saves lives.
If you can’t hear him then go away. Leave him alone. Isn’t that sign enough. Your shining the light in. Your not supposed to do that. It damages peoples eyes.
And without their crack
Lmfao do you really think honestly this guy's life is worth more than one of those cops. He doesn't value life why should they value his. He is an attempted murder suspect. He head on collided dude. Cmon
@@tylerpitts3312 No, he fled from a traffic stop. The basis for that traffic stop is flimsy -- "suspicious vehicle." We get this kind of call about 200 times each night. These kinds of details might seem silly in RUclips comments, but in court, his reasonable suspicion is flaky. The moment the patrolman spotted the paraphernalia is when it turned into a bona fide stop.
Kudos to the officer yelling “One voice!” at his fellow officers. It’s so confusing for everyone involved when multiple cops are yelling instructions.
Definitely, that part stood out to me as well. Solid protocol under pressure.
Bro you don’t understand how difficult it is to try an listen to these fucks when you have lasers and flashlights in your face + 3 tasks like “don’t move”, “lay down” “put your hands up” & then you listen to one and obey & they rough you up harsh. Yeah, and that's how people get shot because they don't know what to do
@@paulacullin8900 Nah people get shot when they're armed and decide to fight the cops.
That’s literally what I was coming to comment too! All too often we see 5 different officers shouting orders, and even the most compliant person could make a “wrong move” according to one officer and things can go south quickly. He commanded that scene, and good on him for doing so.
That "One Voice" tactic could honestly save a lot of lives. Especially after an intense moment like the chase when the officers are really on edge.
agreed, having that officer yell "One Voice" had a dual benefit of getting teammates to let there be 'one voice' and to all have them calm down slightly and think instead of follow, understandable, order barking.

Do they know that means they will be exposed to traumatic events? Yes. Does that mean that their willingness to put themselves into harm’s way and to be so exposed is any less heroic? No! The "one voice" guy (plus the one saying "slow down, everyone") made a world of difference. Honestly I think that seemingly minor detail alone is extremely critical. I already began seeing how things could go so badly the second I heard one guy telling the suspect to crawl out (for which he needs to use his hands) and when he attempted, another officer yelled at him to keep his hands up.
I've seen too many videos of cops all just barking orders at whoever they're trying to get under control. Even if they were all saying the same thing, just the fact that it's many of them talking all at once, each one trying to be heard over the noise they are themselves creating, it will make not just the suspect but everyone (meaning the officers too) more high-strung, emotional, confused and lead to very unpredictable or outrageous outcomes.
I think the “1 voice” guy & the “slow down, everyone” guy where the same person
@@dogloversrule8476 If that's the case then that's pretty sad, wish it were more than just him.
@@jaidev777 he might have just been the only one who didn’t get complete tunnel vision. If that’s the case, they’re lucky he wasn’t also like the rest
@@dogloversrule8476 Very possible. I remember another video of a few cops surrounding a man who was holding his toddler in front of him. The video gave the context that the man was "using the baby as a bodyshield for himself" but as I looked at it, it turns out that he was actually trying to protect his toddler, he was surrounded by a bunch of cops barking orders at him but the worst part was this guy with a canine *aggressively and quickly closing the distance to a mere few feet away* and the dog was rearing up and barking and trying to get at him and he was lucky the officer was still holding the dog back just feet away. So the man had little choice than to just hold his child up to his own chest afraid of putting him to the ground and the dog lunging at him.
All the while, of course, they're all barking orders and the dog itself is barking (and getting more and more excited because of the chaos they themselves are causing) and nobody can hear anybody. God damn madness.
@@jaidev777 just shows that training can only go so far

Kudos to the female officer that took the hit head on in order to save the vehicles/people behind her! I pray for a speedy recovery and she gets back to 100%! ❤
no she tried to evade the car, but only put herself in a worse position by pointing the driver side towards the oncoming car instead of a actual head on collision which would've been safer.
I’m so glad that I subscribed to this channel, because they’ve taught me a lot!
Feel sorry for the deputy that got hit. Her adrenaline was through the roof. She’s going to feel that impact the next day. Those are some powerful flashlights.
The new led lights are amazing. I have one on my mountain bike that's brighter than a cars hibeams lol
Not to mention that she is in shock. The other cops should have taken over. Shock is a dangerous condition in itself.
Women ☕️
@@choppaprod good one 🙄
@@liberty3928 they did take over, as soon as they arrived. But she was the first at scene and then the only one at scene.
Starting at the 12:50 point I commend the officer for taking lead in controlling the others. Smart of him to say ONE VOICE to end any confusion that could have led to a fatal ending. He demonstrated leadership and was very much in control of demanding the others to listen to his commands.
yeah because other than him it was one of the most fucked, unprofessional arrests ever.
they should all be suspended for that one
@@bruceludlow1326 lol what
@charlottechevelle did you not see the arrest? They were in a horseshoe formation rather than a L shape with guns drawn and threatening lethal force; 2/3rds of them would’ve been firing at each other. And I understand stress and frustration but the first officer to find him could’ve been just as stern without the language. So yes, fucked up and unprofessional
@@BIackCadillac They didn't even clear the house. They flagged each other. They shouted conflicting orders while threatening to open fire even while there could have been innocents behind the dude. They get paid a LOT of our tax dollars for all that.
@@bruceludlow1326 Ah yes mister hindisght 20/20 from the youtube comments swoops in.
Im sure we are also ignoring and turning a blind eye the previous interactions and near fatal occurences.
Gotta hold Officers to the highest standards possible. Most of the time they get minimal training and dont get paid enough for how much risk they undertake each and every day.
Yup lets judge those guys like the Navy Seals. Even if they got the job done you gotta nitpick the details and find something to trash them with.
I swear man. Hopefully you dont get the actual terrible and unprofessional cops that get innocent people murked in all those RUclips videos cause drama makes for some good views.
Especially since you certainly want these officers suspended instead.
I appreciate that cop telling them to have one voice. It’s a classic cop move for multiple to scream contradictory commands.
"Keep your hands up or you will be bit, tased, and shot." My man😂I totally love that he covered all possible bases
WOW!! That officer saved the lives of so many! I'm glad everyone survived and I hope she has a speedy recovery.
I can't imagine being that functional after such a high energy wreck, super impressive.
@@atomic_wait Adrenaline is a hell of a drug. I bet right after that adrenaline dropped she hit the floor tbh.
@@atomic_wait It's hard to tell from the camera angle, but it looks like her quick thinking is what saved her a lot of misery. We couldn't really see her cruiser, but based on how she spun out, it looked like he nailed her in the rear quarter-panel - so it completely avoided the driver's compartment. You could see from her body cam that she had full wheel and curtain airbag deployment.
Yea, she's gonna be pretty sore for a while. But, her quick thinking saved that useless waste of meth-infused trash from smashing head-on into some unsuspecting civie - not to mention she realized it herself and saved her own skin from a header.
All around good job to the LEO's. They put that P.O.S. in the concrete and steel box he deserved and rightfully earned. Damn, that LEO who found him in the egress well... fuck man. You could just FEEL the hate and contempt seething from his voice towards that dude for injuring one of his own.
to be in a head on collision and still get out and take control of the situation is just incredible, what a bad ass
RIGHT
not just a bad ass, call her officer bad ass
walk up to the car like a man, weird training nowadays mossad trained militaristic police making mountain out of molehill
I thought the same thing but i also felt bad for her, you can tell when shes telling the other officer what happened that shes in alot of pain. Hopefully its not a serious injury
It wasn’t a head on collision and cops don’t live in reality. What is it with chick cops being insufferable? She has no idea what the condition of the passenger is(who wasn’t driving) and she’s pointing a gun at him demanding he show his hands. What if he’s injured? What if he can’t raise his hands? She admits she’s injured, but expects a possibly injured person to contort their body, while she is babied by her co workers.
Cop did a great job telling one voice calming everyone down I praise him
"You will be bit, tased, and shot" 😂 Can't say he wasn't warned.
How was Jesse not charged with attempted murder?
3 years is WAY too light of a sentence.
If you're going to kill someone and want to maximize your chance of getting away with it without enlisting in armed forces, do it with a car. Our laws regarding car entitlement are fuct and this is proof.
I was thinking the same thing
Hell yah that was a light sentence I was shocked, you know he had some bootleg public defender too
He didn't choose for the officer to act with reckless abandon. She could've done a less dangerous maneuver and endangered everyones lives with her actions
@@MrJester831
he was high, and drove head on at incoming traffic. So there probably wasnt intent. But she didn't do anything wrong either
"Kinda your own fault there bud" had me rolling, such a Wisconsin thing to say
the Wisconsin accents and casual shit talking are my fav part of this channel
I love my Wisconsin accent!
Wisconsin and Minnesota ppl sound more Canadian than Canadians.
I also love that the idiot responded with "I know".
“Tazed, bit, and shot” that killed me😂😂😂
"Or you will be bit, tased, and shot" the triple combo right there
This is such an awe-inspiring display of professionalism and teamwork by the Janesville Police, Milton Police, and Rock County Sheriff's Dept. 8:17 "You good? Take deep breaths, I got cover if you need to step away" 9:02 "I tried to avoid him." "No you're good, you didn't do anything wrong." To be fair he did just get in a major accident so he's probably a little out of it

Dude, That trooper who took that hit on her car, needs a medal. Protecting the other traffic on the roadway, and still getting out of her car to do her job, someone get that officer a BZ and cold beer.
She’s not a trooper, she’s a Sheriff’s Deputy. I agree with you though, she did an amazing job!
@@jimchaos5246 Your right dude, sorry. I always default trooper, I reckon its cause I know a few troopers and why. IDK.
Maybe if that had been her real intention. Everyone just got lucky she was a bad driver. You could tell by the way she handled herself afterwards…or I should say didn’t handle herself.
@@ryanvargas4889 go get a beer mate. Your salty.
She plainly stated “I tried to get out of the way” but whatever

Whatever PD this is, these guys are awesome! From the cop putting herself between the driver and oncoming traffic, the “one voice” callout, and the officer threatening to shoot the man when hiding on someone’s property. It reminds the scared family the police are there to keep them safe. Kudos
Wow what a wonderfully trained police department. I have never heard an officer even mention the idea of one voice let alone enforcing it beautifully . Much better than 10 people yelling different simon says commands
The ‘one voice’ officer needs to train every department in that. Some vids I watch have so many cops screaming, I can’t figure out what the suspect is supposed to do - and I have no stress, in just listening to it.
Impossible for a suspect who’s freaked out, to understand a zillion different commands thrown at them, at the same time!
Remember that man in Seattle who was executed in the hotel hallway after several minutes of conflicting commands and several mossed opportunities to apprehend him safely?
@@readilium3432 I remember that.
Exactly 💯
Cop1: Freeze don't move
Cop2: Hands up where I can see
Cop3: Walk towards our voice
Suspect: Pants fall down while walking to them as told, Pulls his pants up
Cop2: STOP; Reaching put your hands up
Cop1: STOP F`ıñğ Moving
So many commands flying at them, the criminals look like they're doing the "hokey pokey".
Everyone in Wisconsin IS trained that way.
"You will be bit, tazed, and shot" is an ALL-TIME great line!
Hopefully in that order although, Tazed, shot and then bit would be safer for the canine officer.
"You'll be bit, tazed and shot!"
That one cracked me up ^^ .
Who the hell runs from the cops in a beat-up car HAUING A TRAILER, and genuinely believes they're gonna get away??? That level of stupidity alone should constitute a misdemeanor. LOL
It's almost incredible the stupidity of some people. I hope that lady officer isn't hurt. Thank you for your service all of you and God bless you all.
I was hoping she was hurt a lot worse 😔

The female officer should hush. No one pays any attention to female cops cause they flap around.
It might have been a smart move…

Jesse has nothing to offer society. He has no honor or respect for anyone but himself. I wish the judge saw this but as usual some serious charges are dropped. He should have been given 15 yrs. Thanks a lot judge!!!
The law only allows so much decisions for judges.
@@sidstovell2177 Yep. And the prosecutors are the ones who bring the deal between the State and the Defense - to the judge, who 9 times out of 10 respects the State and goes with their arranged deal. We just saw it down here in Florida, where that kook who was eating the face off an innocent man (and he killed his wife) -got off on "Insanity plea."
