On May 4, 2022, deputies responded to a disturbance in Clarno, WI, where a very intoxicated male threatened to enter a home after firmly believing it was the bar. Additional law enforcement personnel were called due to his hostility. In the hospital, he continued to be disruptive with any type of humankind for several hours, making it one extremely long night for deputies.
Our featured content aims to depict law enforcement interactions, emphasizing education over public shaming or ridicule. In a world filled with misleading conversations about law enforcement, it's crucial to present these interactions within their contexts to inform and educate the public.

@@elAndy23 Amen brother! There is a reason for the scientific name given to this disease, "Alcoholism". Some may not understand it, because they can have a few drinks and not have another for a few months. They call it a "Choice". Some may call it an "Addiction" because they have fought it and won the battle. Those who have fought years worth of battles, and never won still have this disease. Those who won the final battle are either dead, or know they can never have one drink again.
Some areas do have the ability to be able to do just that. In ths alternative sentencing program in pa I had to go to dui classes one of the classes they had a way to get arresting video and you got extra credit for letting all watch it. Jk about the extra credit lol but for real about the video!

This video was definitely not clickbait. This is the most insane drunk I've ever seen 💀
My friends brother was this way, he had so much alcohol in him that his eyes looked faded and washed out, I've never seen eyes like that since, it was scary. He kept talking about the care and feeding of his pet which he said was in the middle of the living room. He went on and on about how he groomed the pet and fed it a diet of cracked corn and beef tips etc. The only thing in the living room was a bicycle. I was certain this guy was at a level to succumb to alcohol poisoning and I convinced his sister to call an ambulance. I honestly felt at the time that he would have died if they didn't get him to a hospital, he was that drunk. It amazes me that people would drink to this level where it could endanger their lives, and for what?
I was hoping they'd tell us what his BAC was. To insist that someone's home is actually a bar (never mind not knowing what state he's in), I'd have put it somewhere in the 0.3 vicinity. I'm thinking definitely on the verge of alcohol poisoning.

This guy was high as well as drunk - he even admits it around 16:34. That’s why he was hallucinating & still continually yapping despite being that impaired.
This is a glimpse into the most primal basic functioning of a person, this level of intoxication.. It's hella fascinating because you get to see what the person is _really_ like when all of the social skills, higher reasoning faculties, shame and introspection / patience goes out the window and all that's left is the absolute base level of the person.. If the person is hella pleasant and fun then you have a genuinely good soul who's life up to that point was filled with positive culture and sincere peers with no reason to be on guard with their true self, because that true self was nurtured and accepted as opposed to a mean drunk and in that case you're dealing with a damaged individual who has gone through a lot of pain and confusion in their life, their true self having been abused to the point of the psyche installing programs or apps to block the fragile and easily flinched basis of their mind at its most primal and least tactful in their interactions..
My basis for this, why I state it as factual rather than merely an hypothesis or idea of what's going on here in this situation is the fact hat I did pass Psych 102 and got actual transferable credits to any university, as well as a crash course like prison boot camp for the study of human behavior with the emphasis on motivation and thought process breakdown for the better part of an entire year straight, which I won't explain further, but that's how I know what's going on

Yep, I'm betting blackout. Be shocked as hell if he TRULY remembered this night.
He was also hit in the head pretty bad.
Unfortunately I've met people who get this intoxicated regularly, it's very sad to witness. Hopefully this guy gets help.
Clarno is near Monroe, WI, within spitting distance of the WI / IL border. Not that it matters in this case because this guy seems to think a wino decorated that house, but given the locale it might actually be a valid question.
@evad1 but there are no bars in Clarno, are there? So he must have wandered in from Monroe or Orangeville.
That poor home owner, he had to listen to that all night, he just wanted to sleep
I'm shocked the cops didn't take him off the property right away, but instead had him sit on the stairs. Without question he was on private property that the homeowner did not want him on. So escorting him off of it should have happened right away, they just didn't want to agitate him and make him more difficult, which while understandable, it is their job.
I guarantee this man doesn’t remember this encounter😂 that’s blackout drunk right there
He’s got a head injury dude on top of it for sure.
20:30 - the cop's face when the nurse claps back with "you got the WRONG nurse" is hilarious
bro looked like he was about to explode XD
he wasnt reacting to what the nurse said. It was cut shortly after that, the nurse wasnt even there when he was making that face
LOL
Regardless that cop had the best reactions. He was having the time of his life. In his element right there.
Yeah, she was great.
😂 he's able to have a conversation but doesn't realize it's a private house. That's a weird kind of drunk
Your definition of conversation is different from mine. He was spouting nonsense most of the time.
He admitted to being both high and drunk. With the way the more serious charges were dropped, and not spending any time in jail/prison, makes a lot of people wonder if the justice system can be trusted anymore.
@@michaeldigiulio5602I don’t trust it at all! I live in md and was almost car jacked and I got a fine for carrying a knife and pepper spray but the kid that lit my windshield on fire got nothing but an extension of his probation. I was on my way to Johns Hopkins for my daughter’s specialist appointment. Now I’m too scared to go down there. I can’t find a local doctor bc I either have to go to Baltimore, DC or Columbia and they are all just as bad.
Yeah, there were some drugs mixed in with this one.
@@michaeldigiulio5602 I think the time for wondering about that passed long ago. Its so blatantly corrupted. They care more about fines than actually taking people off the streets, so they intentionally encourage repeat offences.
I lost it after dude said “this bar!” And pointed at the house 😂
Could you imagine the hangover this guy went through…
Being that drunk, waking up in a jail cell, and being punched in the face 😂
Add to that the millions of people who will see this!
Used to call that a standard bar fight. Nothing new there lol 🤷♂️
And asking himself who is going to keep waxing those brows if he ever has to spend any real time in jail? 🙄
How getting this drunk is anyone’s idea of a good night out is beyond me. So glad when they came with the sedative 😂
Twenty-Five minutes of a 21 year old man acting like a spoiled brat! Hats off to the police officers involved. Your patience was amazing.
Elvis definitely left the building on this one.
in reality is probably like 4 hours then they gave him the ketamine/ativan or something
@@tucsonbandit - I think a dose of Haldol would have made the staff happy.
@@wickedcabinboytaser,taser,taser!!!!
@@wickedcabinboy yeah I don't know what they gave him, I have heard Ketamine being given more and more, but I think that might be in the field. At the hospital they may opt for something else.
I wish I could have seen how quickly he actually shut up, and how exactly he reacted. I would have been curious, and it may have been entertaining.
"I'm drunk and I'm high. Now call my parents." Entitled behavior at its worst. 18 months of probation will do nothing to change this type of behavior.
He wasn’t just drunk, he was concussed. That’s a scary problem
Yeah this is not just alcohol
His mouth may have got his head busted.
really ive seen people act way worst on alcohol@@Squanklor
@@NickLuquire…
I think he bumped his head when his “friends” rolled him out of the moving car in front of that house because he wouldn’t shut up.
That’s why when he came to, he thought he was still at the bar.
He DID say at one point, “I’m drunk and I’m high.”
I don’t know what he was high on though.
I can't believe they stayed on that man's property that long. Ridiculous.
Seriously wtf was that. Can't believe they let him get to the door again
I was thinking the same thing. Get this ah off this man’s property. Ridiculous!!!!!
And then in the hospital for that long yet and in the end only walking away with an 18 month conviction? That is terrible police work!
That what they do…they interact where they are, the whole time. I had officers stop and question 3 teens on my porch around midnight (calls were made that they were going thru people’s yards/vandalizing cars etc) police car search lights right into my front window’s. I even came out and ask them of they move to the street or across the street…they wouldn’t
@@realemonfulhow is an 18 month conviction the polices fault lol. I think you mean the prosecutor idiot.
I love that savage response from the nurse.
I’m an ER nurse. This guy could keep this up for hours. If we knew his BAC, we could even predict approximately how long he would remain drunk, because we know the rate at which a (healthy) liver metabolizes alcohol-roughly 30 micrograms per hour. But my guess is his BAC is probably somewhere in the 0.25 area, or about 250 micrograms. So it would take his liver around 8 hours 20 minutes to metabolize all of the alcohol that is in him. Longer if the BAC is higher, but once you get into 0.3+ range, the patient usually isn’t aggressive-they’re a bit sedated and we refer to that condition as alcohol poisoning instead of alcohol intoxication.
And no, as an RN…I am not asking the police the leave the room. I’d rather he be verbally abusive and disruptive rather than physically abusive and risk him hurting someone. Nor am I going to attempt to treat him at this point. He’s too dangerous. If he falls unconscious, yes, we’ll treat him them, because he isn’t a threat if he unconscious. Additionally, being unconscious give us the implied consent to treat him that we need.
Of course, we can also attempt to sedate him as the doctor stated…and yes, we can use locked restraints on him, because in his state, he a threat to himself and others. We do try to avoid that, however, and we try to give the patient a choice: take meds cooperatively, or we can restrain you to safely administer them to you.
It's possible he mixed Alprazolam or some other benzo with booze. It's rare to see someone so out of it from alcohol alone.
He also said "I'm drunk _and_ I'm high"
as a nurse, would you by chance perceive this guy as having dain bramage? or is this just druqz?
