April 29, 2024 - At the sentencing Monday, Judge James Isaacson ordered the prison sentence, along with three years of extended supervision. Oshea must pay $1,614 in court costs and must submit a DNA sample. Oshea must complete any counseling, including a mental health assessment. While on extended supervision, he cannot consume alcohol or enter taverns. Oshea was given credit for 348 days already served, so he has roughly two years remaining in his sentence. In 2010, Oshea was convicted in Chippewa County Court of possession of meth, stalking, criminal damage to property and disorderly conduct by use of a dangerous weapon. In that case, he drove to his ex-girlfriend’s house, smashed in the windows to her vehicle and broke into her residence.

Morgan and Morgan - they don't charge you unless you win!... I very much doubt they'd ever take on such a client to begin with, but I've heard their ads so much that I felt compelled to make this mocking joke...
It’s always a good sign when the suspect immediately names the entire staff of the jail and asks for specific officers. He clearly has NEVER been in trouble with law enforcement.
If Mackee works days, I'd have personally rung him up, explained the situation, microwaved some popcorn and then stood back and watched as Mackee beat the shit outta Kevin for "Calling him out when he was in the middle of shagging his Wife". The shagging part will mostly be a lie, but it'll add to the comedy, especially if he tries to bring up the assault in Court! Judge: "What was the alleged reason the Officer assaulted your Client?" Defence: *Mumbling* "Hesaiditwasforcallinghimoutwhenhewasshagginghiswifeyourhonour...." Judge:"Sorry, you'll have to speak a little louder.." I don't often say I feel bad for the cops, but the ridiculously low bond amounts and the way valid charges are just dropped in Wisconsin are disturbing. These people don't seem to learn and will continue to be a problem for both the police and society.

These officers showed so much patience with this guy. I will never be able to fathom what it’s like dealing with this element of society every day, knowing they’re going to be shit on by the public they’re protecting from people like this.
I would imagine after watching US court cases that the most frustrating thing for police officers is how much plea bargaining goes on with serious charges being dropped because there are not enough judges and prisons to lock repeat offenders up in.
Its time to question your life choices: Not when you have multiple arrests Not when there's multiple warrants Not even when you have lost everything It's time to question when you have enough appearances on this RUclips channel to warrant an IMDB page.
Whenever an arrestee asked me what his charges were I always told him he’ll get a copy of them at his arraignment in the morning. No need for the back and forth, it gives the idiot an opportunity to have the last word.

I love the "Ow help!" acting he does every time something minor happens to him, as if anyone is going to view the body camera footage and think he's actually being hurt for real. He goes from being a tough guy one second to being a crybaby the next.
And like ANYBODY present at the scene is going to come to his rescue! When people see someone "struggling" with the Cops, they either think "Ah, shut up and take your punishment like a man, ya big pussy!" or "F**k off, mate, I hate Cops but I'm not risking my liberty for your arse!"

This type of person does *NOT* need to be out walking around freely among the rest of society. This dude 100% needs to be in prison. He is an absolute clear, undeniable, irrefutable danger to the general public. But this is Wisconsin we’re talking about, so he’ll probably just get sentenced to 18 months probation.
Boy I bet he learned his lesson. Most of the charges were dropped, and he's out on a signature bond. If he goes after that bartender, the judge and DA need to be sued.
His mistake was thinking the 42 _what fors_ counted, but that phrase has been banned along with _dindoo nuffin_ & _I can't breathe_ (which he also attempted lol) etc. etc.
Very likely the added charges would not translate to a longer sentence; they would probably be served concurrently. And it costs a lot of time and money to prosecute him, this way he pled guilty and we get to the sentence a lot faster.
It's Wisconsin!! They are like Minnesota. They DO NOT PUNISH CRIME. At all. george soros backed Activist D.A. and lefty social justice judges have defunded the cops Along with the mayor's, governors etc. No matter what they are charged with they get a $5 dollar bail,or some such shit and are released to victimize good hard working Americans doing the right thing. @@philipem1000 Ok, except that is the excuse that keeps getting used in every frickin case of this thing. If it costs us more money to deal with it then so be it. The more this keeps happening, the more we will see crime rates continue to go up; there has to be a fear of consequence to some extent.
@@philipem1000Serious question, though perhaps a bit rhetorical; why would the sentences be concurrent, that just sounds like a sale 'hit 6 cops for the price of 1'...

I was thinking the same thing as I watched this, what the bottom floor of alcoholism looks like and how far out of control a person can get. This video will exist forever of this man acting like a child, and he did it all to himself because he can’t handle booze
This isn't the way every alcoholic behaves. When I still drank, I did so alone at home. I wanted nothing to do with other people, let alone going out to bars and getting arrested for bothering people.
The fact that there are like 6 cop all at the station staring at the door of the car shaking as this piece of work human kicks it so hard. It like they are thinking "what in the unholy hell did you just bring us"
The narrator for these is always informative and professional. So when he says “kicked the living sh*t out of the squad car door” I almost died laughing
True, it reminds me of the definition of insanity, expecting a different outcome & all that. They get stuck in a rut or mental loop that even a physical bump can't jar them out of.
The DA's that drop all of these charges and the judges that let them out on low or no bond need to be forced to spend time working as a deputy to see what they go through with people like this. This dude needs to spend a few years behind bars, not just one slap on the wrist after another.
@@ADR1fley yes he should, it's called due process and everyone is entitled to it. How would you like it if you were innocent and they didn't let you out on bond and had to spend who knows how long sitting for something you didn't do. This is why some states like Illinois have gotten rid of the bonding system all together, it severely disadvantages people in poverty who end up taking plea deals even when innocent so they don't end up sitting in jail for a year while going to trial and maybe beating it with the crappy public defender their assigned. (jk about the crappy public defender, thank you all who do that for your civil service). ps if you say "well he did do it!" that's not the point. We can't have a system where we are judged before the trial. So in the eyes of the law he is not yet a guilty man and should be treated as such, albeit with conditions because of the preponderance of evidence.
This entire channel is about police breakdowns. Like hundreds of video's on this channel alone. And it's already on live tv, sort of, called "cops". No shortage of video's about drunk idiots.
While that's not a bad idea let's be clear it was not the judge who decided to drop the charges it was the prosecutor who has to reckon on how many attorney hours he's going to spend to get the extra convictions vs a guilty plea; and who knows the sentences won't be any different. Those other charges would be served concurrently to the ones he plead guilty to.

@@illens08curious how you think habitual offenders should be handled
He reminds me of Randy Marsh "for what? Aressting me for what?" Lol
9:55 "and kicked the evliving shit out of the squad car door" can we get more police breakdowns like this? We need this on live tv
This entire channel is about police breakdowns. Like hundreds of video's on this channel alone. And it's already on live tv, sort of, called "cops". No shortage of video's about drunk idiots.
He's talking about the narrator @yosetime

"You can talk, so you can breath" absolute best cop line I've ever heard.

I think Judges should be made to do 3-6months of ride-alongs with law enforcement before taking their first position
That's actually a great idea
Thoroughly agree! As should DA’s
I think this ALL the time, when I watch these! Maybe we should start talking to our congresspeople and mayors and anyone who might take it up!
This is an amazing suggestion. Judges and DAs need to see what it's like in the trenches. Let's have less wrist-slapping.
