Many of these people have severe mental health issues. It is unlikely that he will wake up and have a moment of clarity. The more honest someone in this position is to a cop, the more likely that they just want to talk to someone because no one does.
@@hayvenb That’s the sobering truth. Mental health issues and alcohol/alcoholism is a downward spiral. The ability to have insight and a drive to change is diminished further with every drink. Every relationship they have becomes strained and social interactions are limited to the person on the barstool next to them or whatever stranger will listen. It’s a long, hard, sad path.

@@Hansgame yeah, we have some mental health issues here in LaCrosse, but the bigger issue is alcohol. Drugs are increasing as well, but that's everywhere. Drinking is just a massive, accepted thing here- for all ages. Doesn't help that we have 3 colleges and a vibrant downtown area lined with bars that cater to them. I've had a bigger problem in the past myself.

And then when he fought back, she and her friends went out like vigilantes to hunt him down like a dog in the street. They even told the cops they better find him before they did, because they were going to off him. They should have been cuffed as well. ALL of them should have (at least) been charged with public intoxication.
It sounded like it was defensive. If he entered their space and was yelling at them drunk - he had already committed battery. Plus once the prosecutors see the surveillance video from the bar they may drop and/or bring more charges.

This is so triggering. I lived with an alcoholic for 4 years and this is how he acted everytime he drank. Pissed his pants regularly. Ruined my house and almost ruined my life. I didn't have peace in my own home. Never again will I deal with someone who acts like that. I feel bad for addicts but it's so draining being trapped in their addiction with them.

It's been 6 years since I heard almost verbatim, the same thing this self loathing drunk was spewing. I was in nursing school and my former ***** spoke to me this way as I was walking out to go arrive at my classes and my clinical rotations. The only way I could continue on with nursing school was to tell myself that graduating from school would be my ultimate redemption and salvation. After I graduated and got my nursing license, I waited until he went on a little extended fishing trip out of town, and moved the fux out of his house and his life.

This guy... towards the end of his rant, started moaning about the fact that he wasn't going to see HIS KID for four months. Imagine that... he's somebody's 'dad'. The internet never forgets, and someday that kid is gonna see this. What a world.

No wonder why they don't respect the police or listen. $250 is like a slap on the wrist.
Considering he had other previous charges, I'm stunned by the merry-go-round visit(s) with the jail.
Unbelievable... The more I see these people on video, the more I just want to get away from the public and only associate with my local neighbours I know and friends and family.
I see this comment a lot on these videos. I feel like the reasoning behind all these bail bonds and catch and release stuff all comes down to the fact that prisons right now, are pretty damn over crowded. Not to mention even I would be reluctant to send people like this to "for profit" facilities. Yes, these folks get a lot of chances and yes they are a menace. However, I'd rather they stay a pain in the neck for police and the community rather than send them into a system that will spit them back out having made them 3 times worse.
$250.00, to this guy, is like $25,000.00, to you.

@@Tryst1982 Its not just that, its a trick. Its to keep impoverished people even more impoverished. If people are still down on their luck and you kick them, they will turn around and kick. Guess what, that kick lands them a spot as a legal slave. 3/5th a human, cant vote, slave wages, its all a scam. They wouldnt be overpopulated if they only filled them with actual criminals, but nah, thats too hard. They'd rather make as much money possible.

I love how she admits she hit him first but yet she cries wolf when she got hit lol. Nobody should be hitting anyone but you could tell by the way that woman acts she definitely thinks she can hit men but they shouldn’t be able to hit her back.
I did notice that..
From my understanding, she was keeping him from someone by pushing him away. If someone is in your space, you do have the right to protect yourself. You don't have the right to just get up in someone's face just cause you haven't hit them. In itself, that could be taken as a dangerous, aggressive move toward the young ladies.
Hopefully the officers can sort it all out cause I am sure both are somewhat to be at fault since they both seem pretty intoxicated.
