Not the best audio on this video, was trying out a cheap Lapel mic I bought over a year ago.... I like having the versatility but need to find something a little better quality... any recommendations is appreciated if you have experience with those kinds of mics.

I do... Im just saying these have received a lot of hate lol... Rightfully so in my opinion though... The high price... Lack of needed cables and controllers with the non Christmas ones, the controllers being fairly bad... I can't fight anyone over those points as I have agreed with all of them... But there is still something I like about them.

Brilliant device, especially after all the firmware updates, pretty much an all on one adapter, unlike Brook adapters which require to buy a load of separate adapters for different scenarios, this one does it all
As for the buttons being the wrong away around I’m pretty sure you can swap them around by holding the start button and doing a combination of another button , goi can on switch at least where you can make A&B as B&A
I have a couple of older Mayflash adapters for PS1/PS2, XBOX, and they let you turn any controller for that system into a controller you can program the buttons to your liking. I also have one to let me play XBOX with a PS2 controller (for the dpad on certain games). Mayflash has to have a similar one for the plug and controller you're using, would be able to skip the rewiring and just program the buttons with simple steps. But I haven't looked up their products in a long time.

@@azulsport4L if you look on previous videos from another RUclipsrs, the X arcade sticks are been used on the mini. Yes they work.

@@Madlittlepixel So I tried it out and had no luck. It's possible I'm doing it wrong but the instructions are pretty straight forward. I also tried with a Power A Xbox controller and had no luck.

Can you try connecting wireless. I was unable to connect to the adapter wireless with my 8bitdo arcade stick. It would connect and disconnect instantly. Weird
Not sure how you can like the neogeo mini but say the arcade1up cabs are too small...
Lol not sure how you can like the arcade1ups and not the neo geo mini? See how that works... If you like em and are fine with the size who cares, my thoughts are my own and not sure why people get so offended by me bringing up things I dont like... Not saying thats you but I see it a lot. But in my eyes these are not in the same category of a arcade1up. These can be plugged into a tv and include 40+ games, surely part of a specialty market of gamers but I wouldnt say targeted to the same market as the 1ups. And Ive actually talked a lot of shit about the Neo Geo Minis. But hey its all good. I have 2 Arcade 1ups now... And the size isnt even of concern... Its the quality and lack of testing prior to sending to market that actually dissapoints me. We all knew they were going to be small... But did we expect every unit to have some sort of issue besides all the random defects out there?
I just can’t imagine using the neogeo mini in its “arcade” form, and if I’m gonna always plug it into a tv, I’d rather use my neogeo x gold if I must use a licensed product. I just don’t get the hate, my sf2 cab had no issues, the mono sound doesn’t bother me, and I’m definitely buying the final fight cab when it releases. Hell, I think the arcade1up cabs are worth it just to have a shell to gut, especially with the sale prices now. Most people aren’t gonna do the woodworking to build their own cabs, and most of the people hating are arcade snobs anyway. It’s just strange it’s such a divisive product, it’s like The Last Jedi of gaming.

Seriously though at this point i am just playing on the Pie and collecting all these classic systems. I bought 2 neogeo mini controllers and am questioning why i even bothered.

MayFlash Magic-NS is quality product. Neo Geo mini however, eh.. Cool MayFlash added support, since *clicky thumbsticks is very hard to make*
