    Dave Meltzer from the Wrestling Observer Newsletter returns to discuss the circumstances around the shocking retirement of Vince McMahon from the WWE. He details how he found out about the allegations about Vince, how the story was leaked to the press, and what may have forced Vince to leave after he said he wasn’t going anywhere. Dave talks about Stephanie McMahon and Triple H leading the company and how Stephanie and Nick Khan may handle their new co-CEO situation. He speculates on the creative and cultural changes at WWE, how much of a hand Vince will have in creative from the sidelines, what kind of impact this will have on AEW and the industry at large, and what the future may hold for WWE, including a possible sale.

    The key takeaway here is to never talk shit about anyone, publicly or privately; always maintain a tone of professionalism and respect, even if you vehemently disagree with someone. Because you never know when you may be called upon to defend your opinion of someone or something and it is to your benefit to have already framed your argument in a respectful manner in your head instead of trying to figure out how to polish the turd that is, "Man, that guy's a stupid prick," on the fly.

      @@ourladyofguadalupebotanica6732 - "Don't burn bridges" is also very good advice, but my point is really about teaching yourself not to piss and moan, even privately. No one likes a whiner and even if you're absolutely in the right, there are far more constructive ways to make your point than either talking trash behind someone's back or getting angry when defending your point-of-view. Always think of things from the perspective that you're going to be called on at some point to defend your view.

    • @conversationtosaurusrex
      @conversationtosaurusrex Год назад

      @@ervinervo2434 I think theres a possibility that she and Triple H set Vince Up. I don't mean she planted planted some false evidence against Vince McMahon, I think Stephanie and Triple H have been wanting to take up the reigns of the company for a long while. Its just 2020 and 2021 were terrible years for WWE in terms of lost talent and the emergence of AEW. Triple H likely was upset and angry about Vince releasing NXT talent that Triple H worked close with to establish and was likely angry with being demoted and removed from that position of creative control of NXT.
      However I feel Triple H and Stephanie were under the impression that all they need to do is bide their time for a few years until Vince ether dies or retires. However last year when Triple H almost died of a heart attack, I think that instilled the idea that he can't afford to wait another year for Vince to leave his position. When Shane McMahon did the disastrous creative decisions on the Royal Rumble in which he was later was released by WWE, I think Triple H and Stephanie began planning ways to try to get Vince to step down as Shane is no longer an obstacle and Triple H couldn't wait more years for Vince to die.
      So Stephanie looks for potential dirt to be exposed and finds company money being used for hush money for an affair, she indirectly has the Whistle Blower notified that they should come out. Stephanie makes an agreement with Nick Khan and Triple H in the process of taking control of the company. That in exchange for going along with the plan, Nick Khan will receive a promotion to a CEO Position, Stephanie herself will become Co CEO and Chairwoman and Triple H will get the creative side of the business.
      So the wheels start turning in April, and Stephanie steps down from her position from WWE because she knows of the impending bombshell is about to drop on Vince; and how she would step down deliberately in a time to disassociate herself from Vince. Eventually the scandal became more known and Vince himself stepped down and Stephanie comes back and is granted the position she wants along with Nick Khan and Triple H.
