I agree, such an excellent question. Really insightful, because that truly is an incredibly unique perspective Big Show has; spanning the three major promotions of the past few decades. Very sharp of him to pick up on that and ask him about it (really great answer from Show, as well👍)

  • @brown_recidivist

The main takeaway here is, Bischoff liked to spend money that wasn't his, Vince did whatever he wanted whether you liked him or not and TK wants to be liked by his employees lol

I always find it interesting that people will talk about how Vince will have things mapped out for the next year, but then we also hear about how he's constantly changing the booking hours before the show. Like, ok great, you have a road map of what we're doing for the next 6-12 months. But if you're just going to constantly change that road map, it doesn't really count. That plan means nothing if he can't stick to it.

You can have a long term plan and move things around while still achieving that long term plan. funny thing is people in the comments who never owned or ran a wrestling promotion, never personally met with or spent time with Vince or Tony or Bischoff, and are jumping to conclusions on why Vince is a better boss and tony is just everybody's friend. first Vince is almost twice the age of tony, Vince grew up in a wrestling promotion business of father, Vince has decades of experience at hand, it is not odd that he might be better than tony at running the business, . People also need to understand no matter how friendly or people first guy tony is , he is still the boss, holds all the cards in his hand as the owner, you have seen just now that he fired CM punk for the backstage altercation, at the end of the day he call the shots, and in a few years he will get the experience aspect too.

@@NATUR3F33LS The ''Untold" part makes it slightly disingenuous as the things he says about the respective bosses and their visions have already been out there for years at this point.
While I get the desire to call it out, I would say that at least the video was about what the title claims it's about.

Tony clearly operates like a leader should. Vince is a demander.
Thats why so many people are unhappy working for vince, and why they end up leaving or released for "not performing".
A good example was the iconics. They were great entertainment. They knew what they were doing. Vince decided he wanted Peyton as a solo star, they were against it, but vince wanted the square peg in the round hole & blamed the talent for it.
