Just came across this video. Looks like a solid pilot reamer that caught some chips and chattered. They are more expensive, but the use of a reamer with a floating pilot that fixes itself in the bore and the reamer turns inside the pilot would help alleviate this sort of thing.

It really pays to carefully look inside a gun with a borescope to see exactly what your dealing with.

What a shame. The barrel was buggered at the factory.
I had a cz shadow sp01 like that, had to run a reamer through it just to get it to shoot without tumbling the bullets
