He lost his house and his job after spending 14months in jail because of a mistaken identity, A POLICE ERROR WHICH WAS REALIZED, DISCUSSED AND CONFIRMED A MISTAKE AT THE SCENE. Smdh 🤦🏽‍♂️
These people have zero regard for the citizens or community of which THEY APPLY FOR AND ARE THEN PAID TO SUPPORT/PROTECT/GUIDE. Genuinely terrifying incident on every level of human interaction.

I got stopped in Clearwater, (home of the Newly weds and Nearly deads) Florida for accidentally not turning off my signal when I changed lanes. He said there's a continuous left hand turn signal on by Nearly every citizen over 70 there. 😂😂 he just told me to turn it off.

The sadist part is there was at least 750,000.00 dollars in pay the officer receive. And make up trumped up charges then drop the charges. Abolish qualified immunity.

Ask FTX, Voyager, and a lot of these other finance companies. We need police to get them too. Too many are above the law.

It's never smart to try and play court on the street. Do what they tell you and if your rights get violated then you can bring it in front of a judge and will most likely be compensated by our tax money.

DOJ file complaint show them the video. Hold your district attorney accountable he or she allows this type of behavior. Supreme Court disciplinary counsel or the bar association file complaint show them the video.

People often rely on the police because they are the only option funded and mandated by the Government. Similar to the Mafia, people must pay for police services whether they want to or not, and the Government discourages competition. Additionally, Government laws/policies restricting firearms in one way or another contribute to the perceived necessity of police services.

A police error that resulted in SO much pain and suffering SHOULD be an open and shut case, but knowing the current justice system I do not have faith this man will win in court. It’s so sad he had to deal with this.
