The issue is with the courts, not the cops.
If the police had a current court issued warrant, they didn't have a choice but to arrest.

As a resident who drives past the oil site every week, that whole thing is dumb. Nobody is ever out there, looks like that all the time. The video isn't causing any more trouble than we see all the time.

cop should have been fired not allowed to resign and should have been hit with many more charges including possession of narcotics but once again the thin blue line in action by resigning he is able to keep his police certification and can get a job with a different dept
I do see a lot of the real corrupt cop videos in these two videos I see a cop that arrested the police commissioners son as an haha I got your son. They never tried to help and see what was the cause of the warrant despite his background. The cop could have found out with the magistrate on night duty if the warrant was valid even though it read active. This happens a lot and cops trying to help people out will make a few phone calls to see what’s up. I know because I did some bounty hunting after I got it the marine corps and there’s always a magistrate during the night and a clerk and they can find these things out real quick. Doesn’t take that much work. Just a couple searches in the computer. Seems like he has it out for the commissioner. The second video I see a veteran that is in serious need of psych help. So yes he did things that were dishonest but I’m sure he wasn’t what you would call corrupt. He did need a lot of help though and counseling though. I’m sure he has ptsd

"Auditors" are like those people that say "I'm not touching you" while proceeding to almost touch you. They're annoying and laws should be put in place to prevent them from doing what they do. It's essentially a loophole for voyeurs to get away with their voyeurism.

I agree. I would be willing to bet that 90%+ of the fines they get from citation are based on total lies from the cop. Everyone needs a dash cam and they should be standard with all new vehicles.
