This is the most overused thumbnail and I still have yet to see the incident where it actually came from.
The Spanish cop isn’t a cop in the thumbnail it’s a law student with his face cropped onto the pic of a random cop, they were there to get his id to see if there’s alcohol in his room, there wasn’t and they didn’t go in
I dislike pranksters. But to falsely accuse someone of SA is just disgusting! Those 2 karens need to be arrested
100% But what makes it worse for me is the fact that she pushed the camera away so she knew there was footage of what took place.
Now having said that, I believe it is against the law to video a minor w/o consent is it not?
That Sergeant is despicable. Cops love it when you check on them, it reminds them there are still caring people out there. Not all cops are bad.

Bullcrap I work as a security guard when a female police was at my site I return from getting lunch and I ask is everything alright as I rolled my window down I ask did something happen while I went to get lunch the female police officer threaten me to basically leave that they are closed I’m like I know I work here I’m a security officer this is my site she said idc leave now I’m like uh no thank you I drive through the back of the parking spot and I went inside the building telling the manager of the building that this police officer is harassing me the manager came out with me to the front and stare as I was telling the manager what’s happening she then continue leaving my property you see cops are good some but when you get officers who breaks the law who are no good cops best believe you better run

I would press charges so fast on the false report from the girls and security…but like a normal member of society I also would not go around pranking families just trying to enjoy their day at a amusement park
2nd cop is ridiculous. Parked across two spots, car is running, tinted windows, the business is closed, it's the middle of the night, extended period of time (loitering), fully passed out in the car. anybody else would be taken in to the station for dwi. so thin-skinned that flashlight through a tinted window burned him badly. Police love to show up and ask you "Whatchu need?" as if they do parking lot service.

Officer Kegley is an outstanding and excellent officer of Shakopee Police Department. He has been with the SPD for a very long time and every interaction that I have had with him, he was professional and respectful. The City of Shakopee is exceptionally lucky to have Officer Kegley as a police officer. He has held many positions for SPD throughout his career and I think he is one of the best officers of Shakopee ( pronounced Shock-a-pee). Thanks for keeping our community safe and for dedicating your life to this job. You're f*cking AWESOME!

I agree its unnecessary, but if its public space, you're allowed to. I personally feel like its a basic understanding that cops should know about public spaces and what can and cant be filmed. Especially in this digital age

The kid can film anything he can see from public including police.
Not necessary, but totally legal. He’s making a point by doing this. He’s providing proof that cops don’t know the laws that they swore to enforce. And they are quick to violate YOUR rights and mine without probable cause.
