I think Starkiller gets training. Cal went from a Padawan for almost 20 years with no training. Meanwhile Starkiller was trained as a Sith since he was 4
Yeah I don't think he learned as well as he could have since he was super intent on just doing his duty which was assassinate a target or whatever cal's perspective is that of someone who is genuinely trying to learn thus I believe that when he trains he actually picks up a thing or two more.
@@vanotherlevel Starkiller wasn't sent on an assassination mission until Jedi Master Rahm Kota. So he had 20+ years of training before his first mission

@@vanotherlevel yea man , while vader didnt teach him force lore and what not, he taught him to be a warrior. Starkillers saber skills are downplayed alot, but 9/10 they say this because he lost to Vader in dueling, who is arguably the best saber duelist in starwars.

How can you give training to Cal and not Starkiller?
Because he's had a better intent to learn in his training oppose to galan who only trained for i'll intent.
@@vanotherlevel The intent doesn't really matter though. Being personally trained by darth vader to slay jedi masters and also beat Darth Vader puts his training far above Cal Kestis.
Just my thoughts though.

Cal would put up more of a fight than most give him credit for, and his unconventional fighting style + gadgets would surprise Galan for a time. But Cal just doesnt have the stamina to win a direct confrontation with Starkiller, the same man who can ragdoll Jedi Masters like Shaak Ti, endure blows from Vader, and even briefly held back Sidious' force lightning.
Cal's only chance is through deception, intelligence and using the environment ro his advantage. But in a situation where Cal ends up fighting someone without an environment to work with? (Like most of the boss fights he deals with), it's game over.

People so underestimate Cal. He’s gonna be one of the strongest Jedi by next game. He already is.
Yeah it's all about the journey man and the will to grow and learn that's what makes Cal really intriguing.
Cal is strong yeah, but Galen is literally Luke if he was trained by vader. Its even been confirmed at one point that he was the same potential as luke.

Cal gets speed, have you seen how he zips around environment? And he can imbue his dash with the force turning himself into a bullet destroying anything in front of him.
Starkiller has a force dash and he’s much faster he was able to keep up with Vader and cal couldn’t even hold Vader off for more than 10 seconds he had to run away

Jedi Survivor Cal Kestis would put up a decent fight with Starkiller if he uses his dark side abilities,but he would most likely still lose because of Galen's higher levels of skill and experience and his wider range of abilities. He was able to survive a direct stab through the chest by Darth Vader before he got yeeted out the window of a starship so it would make sense that he has higher durability.
