I‘m pretty sure he genuinely didn‘t know. He at one point said that. I‘m certain there is one in there because all the other parts of the fallen order outfit are confirmed to be in the game.
I like how the character is basically him irl. So if they ever want to adapt him into live action, it would basically be a 1 to 1 conversion.

There is a VERY good reason they put the poncho behind a very hard boss in Survivor. They had to put it in the game, but they didn't want people to have it.

Cal is not an easy character to make interesting. If someone other than Cameron played him he could go from quiet, kind and sensitive to plain and boring real quick. Cal 100% deserves his own show (opposite Debra Wilson as Cere, obvs). Underrated as hell actor.

I first saw Cameron as the Joker in Gotham. He was fantastic as a Joker origin character. He's one of those actors that just exudes passion when playing a role. You can feel it in the air. I hope we'll see him in live action someday too
