@TahitiVanderhonestly star wars has never been consistent, ever since the original trilogy. It just is what it is. And that's ok. People take it easy too seriously
@akshayhereI think the original trilogy was pretty consistent the only thing that was different was that Lucas made return of the Jedi more childish than empire strikes back
@TahitiVanderactually the reason they course corrected in the third film because emperor strikes back had a darker tone and had a mixed receptions in some contemporary reviews. Read about the Duncan scandal. They were absolutely making stuff up as they were going along and that's okay
Thrawn is so smart, he knows sending in steadily escalating waves of mooks instead of just using his big guns from the start is necessary to avoid budget cuts come the end of the year.
I actually did like the in-universe reason for it though; Thrawn knew that there was no point in planning against Anakin’s apprentice because they aren’t going to use a conventional stratgey but something completely unpredictable and stupid instead; no point wasting resources guessing what they are going to do.
Or his grandson. While that grandson tried to immitate Darth Vader. Also funny how the Empire is about to return and Ahsoka doesn't even tell Luke f*cking Skywalker who is really bored right now because his only student wanted to become a Mandalorian instead.
@Bannschwert You make another good point! And with the new republic you think there'd be a lot more jedi coming out of hiding (like Quinlan Vos or dude from Fallen Order) hell even characters like that one girl from Bad Batch should be around in this era or atleast mentioned as important members in the rebellion that'd be interested in stopping the empire from returning or simply policing the outer rim or bringing back the jedi order (OR ANYTHING) Excuse me if I don't know everything I'm better with legends at this point than Disney canon
Lmao he actually did appear to Luke first thing after he died in vi and then shortly after in the books same as leia he appeared to Ashoka like years after that
Yeah so this ultimately comes from the fact that all of these shows should be one big thing cuz they're literally all happening at or around are the same time. Like even one or two of the sequels if not all 3. Idk how long Torgruta's live but Ashoka's only like 13 years older than Lukw and apparently Anakin level now in her own show, even though she constantly fucks up and displays no feats of that level while Luke is sitting around doing nothing for however long until Ben and his class joins the order when he should be fighting or preventing the supposed galactic threat, then he becomes a worse hermit than Yoda and Obi-Wan combined only to come out to prove he could have been doing shit the whole time, them just dies. Plus not letting Grogu (ew) be both a Mandalorian and a Jedi when the existence of the Dark Saber totally proves that's a thing and is established as a legitimate thing and also his order wasn't supposed to be as stupid as the last one 🤦
The Disney hiring process consists of three questions: 1. Can you make marketable and badass characters that are only side characters? 2. Can you place weird and frankly annoying cuts in cool scenes? 3. Did you pick the Corpo lifepath?
@pain002 Those details are irrelevant to the show and are at best left to reference material. Opening episodes set the tone of the show and the details of Cassian's relationships with the people around him.
@pain002all I can say is watch the rest of the show. The first three are mostly about world building the life that Cassian has grown up in and is presently living in. Now just because they are world building doesn't mean they are boring. I love every episode of this series for how much time it takes in telling you what life is like for the average person. Every character on screen matters. They actually took the time to think about how real people interact.
Don't question it, eat the food. Love the food, get ready for next food. Star wars have three setting, the normal trilogy and prequel that are equal in level and actual true lore, the star wars that somehow they can beat everything and get somehow cannot remain consistent and the Disney star wars that needs nostalgia and still refuses to keep a baseline like the originals.
And later in the series it gets shot twice and dies, also why would you have a ship that needs a person to operate the guns when a lot of the times there's only one person in the ship, doesn't seem very practical
Bro you forgot, this is "Ashoka" series of course they will enable "Plot Armor" Mod 😂 Even the Strongest Fighter ship in Rebels X Wing cant even hold 2 shots from Tie Fighter.
Could it be that shows nowadays are in a production line like a car? Where one person does one part and another does another and another one just joins them together. It's just a theory.
@tarektechmarine8209 no, it’s my own 7, I played the game and enjoyed my time with it. And it most certainly will be better with mods, like all Bethesda games before it, people are already making fully fledged Star Wars mods now with Mandalorians and shit. It looks awesome and I can’t wait to get my hands on them when they launch on Xbox.
Ahsoka's actress definitely has a hard time keeping up with the lightsaber fights. Or maybe it was the choreography, because I remember the prequel just how fast and well choreographed everything is.
@theepoopydoodoo nah its just laziness mate people gonna munch this crap up and say its great once they see any sort of reference so they dont even need to put effort in, they still gonna make money
@antonn.mp4 he’s saying the CRAP choreography is cuz of the headpiece, I’m saying nah it’s just laziness from this whole team cuz they’ll film any old crap and shove a clone trooper in there and everyone says it’s a masterpiece
@Grz.001 im not sure fan service is laziness hell id consider this fan service better than most other series’ because of how it actually matters to the story
Ahsoka died then came back as Ahsoka the White ...and continued to contribute very little to the overall plot _of her own show_ Sabine was more of a main character, but since no one watched Andor, Disney decided that non-Force users don't sell so they made Sabine a jedi and marketed this as an Ahsoka story.
@usernamepassword236 exactly what happened lmao. Go cry, you've done this to star wars. You cannot say no, that is your downfall. I liked the clones wars, but that actually made effort to make sense.
I liked Sabine a lot more when she wasn't a Force-wielder. Like, her being a tech savvy artist Mandalorian who knows how to use a lightsaber not enough? Got to make her a space wizard too? Despite showing NO exceptional sensitivity to the Force prior?
@tydendurler9574 nah it’s funny to see the show from start to finish just in these segments with the responses, discussions and jokes made both at its expense and from its moments of quality
R.I.P. Ray Stevenson. He LITERALLY carried the show on his back but it was SO bad that even he couldn't save it. Much like Ian McDiarmind wasn't able to save Episode 9.
@ilikepigeons6101 I’m ngl I already don’t think this new guy Rory will be the same…he might be a good actor but still As one guy said, someone like Gerard Butler would feel more right
Seriously. People went crazy over it and rate it so highly and I just don't get it. All it was was nostalgia without even giving a single insight into Anakin's post-ROTJ character since everything was so cryptic. Thankfully I found episodes 6-8 much more enjoyable. Thrawn's introduction, Baylan and Shin, and to a lesser extent, Sabine and Ezra's dynamic were all way more fun to watch than the Hayden and Rosario fog machine show.
@SparksOnProgramwhy would they give insight on Anakin when it wasn't about him? It was about HIS apprentice, it was about giving her one last lesson. 🤦
The only thing that I would give for Non-Force Sensitives becoming "force sensitive" is what they did in Rogue One, where Chirrut, who is not force sensitive, through intense decade long training and philosophy, has some level of connection to the force (mostly reflexes and some compensation for his blindness). as the force connects everyone, it makes sense that people without it naturally could gain SOME level. But they should NEVER be able to reach the level of a Jedi. Or even a Youngling.
Said me, through the logic of there has to be a reason that in a Galaxy of trillions there are only a few thousand Jedi. That is no longer a life choice, that is a there must be a reason. There is so few.
With this whole show being little more than "Look, the character you recognize! Clap for us!", I think the funniest example of this is the one dude getting so excited whenever Mon Mothma shows up on screen. The one character they didn't expect any claps for.
18:36 Luke in legends says the force is like a door. The more you train the more it opens. Some people have heavy doors, some light, some start with there’s wide open and others shut, but everyone has one
As someone that has no clue about any of this... Why doesn't everyone just train their thousands of soldiers with this, it would be immensely useful to have even just a few of them open their door a little wider
@lashonawaldmeister1111 because the amount of time it would take someone to learn to move a pebble with the force would be much better used just teaching them to use a blaster. People like Han Solo are “force sensitive” but their doors aren’t open enough to give them actual force abilities so it’s better to just use the little bit of force you do have to just make you better at what you’re already good at.
@lashonawaldmeister1111 While that could work in theory, you could spend decades training soldiers with little to no luck in unlocking the force. Some may just not feel a connection. Plus there wasn't really a need for it for the most part until the main wars.
10:46 But this is the Clone wars ! Zanny with a serious voice : i don't think this is cheap fan service, cause Clone wars is important for Ahsoka . Truly a moment.😂 * Certified Fan badge *
True but the lesson learnt from this flashback or whatever was already done in the clone wars. The whole giving up thing was out of nowhere when you look at her whole live action appearances.
@AAhmou KotoR 2 still goes really hard. Kreia's character and ideas are what Disney wished they could write. Baylon sounded like he was going there but I have 0 faith that Disney could pull that off even if they wanted to.
It's ironic because Star Wars was plagued with nostalgic baiting far before Disney took over. But people won't admit it because of nostalgia Bringing the passive OT Yoda in AOTC to have an epic duel with Dooku for no reason just cause? Nostalgic fanservice. Bringing Maul back after TPM? Nostalgic Fanservice. The only reason people tend to forgive that is because he managed to bring alot to Star Wars. Which isn't an excuse for the fanservice they did by ressurecting him in the first place. Not to mention it literally brought up ratings for the Clone Wars so it did that. Sidious coming back in canon and Legends? Fanservice
@willisstillhere8846 As much as I hated maul’s resurrection it brought a great story through all his shows he appeared in (still should’ve stayed dead imo) vs Boba who was brought back and did nothing in his own show. I think that’s the difference between the two ways of nostalgia fanservice.
@willisstillhere8846 The difference is that they actually bring something to the story, and you forget that Yoda's appearance was coming from a future time period, so it makes sense that he would be part of the Jedi council, and thus an essential part of the prequels. Plus Maul had basically no character and only a couple appearances in TPM so bringing him back isn't really nostalgia bait. It's a big difference compared to having Anakin and Rex show up functionally bringing nothing to the table. I didn't feel any sort of expansion to Ahsoka's character because of their appearances, and in all honesty the complexity of Ahsoka has just gone downhill after S7 of clone wars. That last episode in season 7 completely sealed the deal on her being one of the best character in star wars, but the live action Ahsoka appearances just oversaturates her character. At least in Kenobi we got the bridge between prequels Kenobi and originals Kenobi. It explained how Kenobi figured out Anakin is still alive and how their relationship was resolved. Even though that show kinda sucked. I agree there were times when there was nostalgia baiting in the prequels but it's nothing compared to the pure unfiltered nostalgia bait that Disney and Filoni keeps shoving in our faces nowadays. Honestly with every show that comes out I wonder who the hell was writing Rebels and TCW if it wasn't mostly Filoni. Those are masterpieces in storytelling, if you disregard the hiccups in the early seasons of TCW and the childish jokes in the early seasons of Rebels. Like the Umbara arc, when will we ever get anything close to that in the future. Or more importantly, arcs like Slaves of the Republic, to this day there has been no content that has been able to add depth to Anakin's character than that arc outside of other clone wars content, even Kenobi falls short.
Fun Fact: In the Star Wars books, maybe non canon now don't remember, there was a story were Obi-Wan and Anakin went to find Luminara and Barriss Offee were on a planet where the jedi weren't respected. During a dinner, a noble spat at Luminara, saying how despite her being a jedi, anyone could manipulate the force given enough practice. Then he used the force to, wobbly, lift a fruit. Luminara then proceeded to grab all the food on the table, have it swirl about, explaining how, yes, people can learn to manipulate it, but the jedi are deeply connected to it or something.
5:58 you know, something I've never seen debated is that Savage Opres had an armor similar to Marock and is, at least in some form, related to Night Sister buissness.
I really hope canon doesn't try to do something with Abeloth, though it seems like they will. Realistically nobody in canon can match her unless they nerf her massively to the point of not being a good representation of the character.
@kyrusxi isnt she trapped ina cage of black holes and being in the same system as her makes you go completely insane? tf can they do with a literal lovecraftian god
@Enclave_Qhu she's by far the most powerful entity in the star wars universe. It took Luke Skywalker, who in legends is the strongest Jedi of all time, and Darth Krayt teaming up to just barely defeat her. Nobody in current canon even comes close to the power of Luke in legends they wouldn't stand a chance
@kyrusxi yeah I thought so, she can't be defeated even with all the wild bs in legends so she can't be scratched by canon, no matter what they say about Rey
We're we supposed to interpret that as near death?? We had just watched sabine get impaled with a lightsaber like it was a minor inconvenience. So falling off a cliff into water shouldn't be an issue for someone as powerful as ahsoka lol
Only Zanny and the boys could make this series more entertaining by simply watching it while having their usual, very insightful conversations. Keep bringing up these videos - highly appreciated!
18:19 funnily enough, the first time they say everyone's connected to the force is in A New Hope "The force is what gives a Jedi his power, its an energy field that exists in all living beings. It surrounds us, it penetrates us, it binds the galaxy together" - Obi Wan Kenobi But even then, Obi Wan, doesn't say anyone can stick their hand out and use the force...
There's a reason mando has a metal shoot in gun, bullets move faster and they melt on lightsabers so you get hit with multin metal traveling slight slower than the bullet if you block, and if you don't it just hits you. If whats her name had metal shooting gun that fight in the woods could have been so fast
it's crazy how much better Hayden Christianson clearly is at sword fighting by just two seconds of footage. It's obvious he put in the work compared to the others that look like their moving in slow-motion. It looks like he's giving Ahsoka lessons when their supposed to be fighting 🤣
is more a difference of how George and Disney handles those scenes. Christen knows because Lucas make sure that every Actor on the Prequels KNEW Sword Combat (except for Christopher Lee who... well... was Chirstopher MF Lee) so they trained them for hours during the filmation. Disney adds the Sabers and most of the "Action" on post production
@Lady_Ashlynn_27 what I meant by that is that a good fight scene has clean movements that feel logical and quick such that they contribute to your overall immersion in the media. These scenes failed to do so, breaking my immersion and making obvious the fake nature of it all.

Also pray for this video that Disney doesn't assassinate it
oh, ok
you should make a video where you play world of tanks unless im an idiot and there is already a video like that
I'm holding you to that promise of buying that tank
When Marrok started to spin his lightsaber there was only one thing on my mind : Three ! Points ! Saber Combo !
good boy
Enoch: *just walks*
Zanny: HE LITERALLY ME
Enoch is literally me (I’m short and I don’t say too much)
@donovanchau3483 Brothers in the way of "............."
@donovanchau3483 us short kings must stay together
New personality just dropped.
@awhellnah__yaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaas, king
Sabine: *Survives a Lightsaber stab*
Qui-Gon Jinn: Somethings wrong, I can feel it
He is the only person who has fucking died from a lightsaber stab.
@jonbaxter2254to be fair he got cut in half
@The-Legend-of-Pno? He was stubbef in his belly
Qui-Gon Jinn: It’s just a feeling I’ve got… like something’s about to happen. And if that means what I think it means we’re in trouble! Big trouble!
iirc it's because one of his vital organs got stabbed while the other stabbings weren't as deadly
So sabine can survive a lightsaber stab but her master Ahsoka's master Anakin's master Obi-wan's master Qui Gonn cant survive one? Pathetic
It's just star wars. Don't look for consistent stuff
@akshayhereit’s Disney Star Wars, from now on stop looking for consistent stuff
Anakin choosing to watch over Ahsoka and not interact with Luke or Leia for decades shows his priorities 😂
And with the new republic you think there'd be a lot more jedi coming out of hiding (like Quinlan Vos or dude from Fallen Order) hell even characters like that one girl from Bad Batch should be around in this era or atleast mentioned as important members in the rebellion that'd be interested in stopping the empire from returning or simply policing the outer rim or bringing back the jedi order (OR ANYTHING)
Excuse me if I don't know everything I'm better with legends at this point than Disney canon

It's because he wanted to tie up loose ends with ahsoka by helping to finish her training. He had no loose ends to tie up with Luke.
The Ahsoka show is most definitely one of the shows that is actually good when its not being bad of all time
Sadly, it is bad all the time... and when it's not bad, it's boring.
Also, according to my research Andor does (confirms notes) does fuq
@oobynooby1 he really isn’t lol. The show is mid at best imo
@oobynooby1 Nah, you just got dogshit taste, my man.
woke mess
The Disney hiring process consists of three questions:
1. Can you make marketable and badass characters that are only side characters?
2. Can you place weird and frankly annoying cuts in cool scenes?
3. Did you pick the Corpo lifepath?
dont forget #4: Add in cute marketable creatures to distract people from the quality of the show
@TrashBin2126 True! How could I forget?
5. do you belong into one of the race minorities?
@cant_handle_deeznuts6. Are you ok with being sidelined even if you’re added just bc you’re part of a racial minority? (Optional)
@cant_handle_deeznutsthis is probably the biggest one
I honestly wish you also did this for Andor. That show really DOES go hard.
So true
I watched 4 episodes and still can’t tell you what is going on. Like what is up with the feral kids? WHAT LANGUAGE ARE THEY SPEAKING
@pain002 Those details are irrelevant to the show and are at best left to reference material. Opening episodes set the tone of the show and the details of Cassian's relationships with the people around him.

Every character on screen matters. They actually took the time to think about how real people interact.
@pain002Yes because Star Wars always gives subtitles to their main characters like Chewbacca!
They were shooting the ship for like 15 minutes and despite all the shots landing on the ship basically no damage was done

Deflector Shields or something idk
You talking about the part where the fighters flew close enough to the disabled ship in space that Ahsoka could hit them with her lightsaber?
Bro you forgot, this is "Ashoka" series of course they will enable "Plot Armor" Mod 😂
Even the Strongest Fighter ship in Rebels X Wing cant even hold 2 shots from Tie Fighter.
People may not notice this but I think it’s funny that in episode seven, when Ezra first sees Ahsoka, his first instinct is to run away
was looking for this comment, surprised nobody mentioned it
That's how i feel when I see this show pop up on disney +
“Run Away!”
Wow, you know it’s something special when Zanny uploads a video on the main channel that isn’t about gaming
Special like a 5/10 show
@somecommenter4256 E-Specially mid
Especially disappointing
THIS IS WHAT IM SAYING it feels like different people are directing each scene and it goes from stupidity to beautiful thematic shots its so weird.
overall its pretty good
Could it be that shows nowadays are in a production line like a car? Where one person does one part and another does another and another one just joins them together. It's just a theory.
@cia5649 nah man it's average at best
How else are you gonna train the new genderless interns?
@gabutman6144it's almost like you can do a good😵
"Ashoka is the Starfield of shows," I couldn't have described it better
That’s an insult to Starfield, that game, despite its flaws, is better than this fanfiction slop.
Isn’t Starfield good tho?
@def3ndr887 its a solid 7, nothing more nothing less. Could be a lot better but it's by no means terrible.
@bandanna2388 is that an ign 7? Looked very meh, maybe good with mods, not touching until it gets millions of mods.
25:18 Nighttroopers respecting the 1v1
Ahsoka's actress definitely has a hard time keeping up with the lightsaber fights. Or maybe it was the choreography, because I remember the prequel just how fast and well choreographed everything is.
I legit think it's just cause of the headpiece
@theepoopydoodoo nah its just laziness mate people gonna munch this crap up and say its great once they see any sort of reference so they dont even need to put effort in, they still gonna make money
@Grz.001 how is any of that a counterpoint to what he just said
@antonn.mp4 he’s saying the CRAP choreography is cuz of the headpiece, I’m saying nah it’s just laziness from this whole team cuz they’ll film any old crap and shove a clone trooper in there and everyone says it’s a masterpiece
@Grz.001 im not sure fan service is laziness hell id consider this fan service better than most other series’ because of how it actually matters to the story
9:42 Hayden trying to hold back because he knows only Ewan Mcgregor can keep up with his full power
Literally was thinking the same thing
Facts 🔥🔥🔥
Ewan 👏 and Ray 👀
The director told him to slow the fuck down apparently 😂
Fr. Those two are definitely the best in terms of lightsaber choreography
criminal how "Ahsoaker" went unappreciated after Baylan pushed Ahsoka off the cliff @7:38
@harrambou9468she fell in water
Ahsoka died then came back as Ahsoka the White
...and continued to contribute very little to the overall plot _of her own show_
Sabine was more of a main character, but since no one watched Andor, Disney decided that non-Force users don't sell so they made Sabine a jedi and marketed this as an Ahsoka story.
Bro didn't watch the fuckin show lmao
@usernamepassword236 exactly what happened lmao. Go cry, you've done this to star wars. You cannot say no, that is your downfall. I liked the clones wars, but that actually made effort to make sense.
@tarektechmarine8209 lmao bro is so angry that he has no media literacy
I liked Sabine a lot more when she wasn't a Force-wielder. Like, her being a tech savvy artist Mandalorian who knows how to use a lightsaber not enough? Got to make her a space wizard too? Despite showing NO exceptional sensitivity to the Force prior?
Wait no one watched Andor? That sucks, that was the only good show they've made.
if you look at @23:01 one of the troopers tripped down the stairs
14:42
That right there outright summed up my thoughts on why Ahsoka seemed to bug me strangely in her own show.
This is a cool format for videos. You should definitely do it more in the future.
Didnt he do that with endgame
I agree
I'd watch more
Yeah I want more of these…I hope he does this for season 2 whenever that thing happens
@tydendurler9574 nah it’s funny to see the show from start to finish just in these segments with the responses, discussions and jokes made both at its expense and from its moments of quality
Seeing people give Hayden his props warms my heart!
A bright spot in a meh show.
His parts were FIRE tho
Same here.😊
Cutting away from a fight to go back to a fight they previously cut away from is a legendary move
14:12 what is this? Some kind of star war?
love this style of video, you should do more in the future
i like star wars…. i like zanny put them together i enjoy. monke brain
NSSThai1dhow
NSSThai1d they like star wars…. they like zanny put them together they enjoy. monke brain
I agree, their humour is made for this.
And in 10 years people watch other people eat and have sex...
...wait...
16:50 omg it’s Ezra and Jesus
TV SHOW COMMENTARY WITH ZANNY AND THE BOYS?? HELL YEAH! WE NEED MORE! ❤️
No we don't. This shit sucks. Zanny needs to get off EFAP's fucking nuts.
The actor who played Baylon has sadly passed away. IMO one of, if not the best, played character of the series.
R.I.P. Ray Stevenson. He LITERALLY carried the show on his back but it was SO bad that even he couldn't save it. Much like Ian McDiarmind wasn't able to save Episode 9.
Rip the goat he made his character the only enjoyable one in the show
That actually hurts he deserves better
watch black sails if you enjoyed him in Ahsoka and want to see him in an actual good show
@ilikepigeons6101 I’m ngl I already don’t think this new guy Rory will be the same…he might be a good actor but still
As one guy said, someone like Gerard Butler would feel more right
Glad you guys didn’t immediately adore Episode 5 just because they jangled keys in your face.
guessing you love the sequels lmao
Nostalgia yes important to Ashoka also yea to you on about man you watch rebels or clone wars?????
@SparksOnProgramwhy would they give insight on Anakin when it wasn't about him? It was about HIS apprentice, it was about giving her one last lesson. 🤦
@baryon-07 Fucking despise them. Grew up on Clone Wars and Rebels, fucking hate this show. Couldn’t get past episode 1.
"It's the Starfield of TV-shows, it's a slow burn" LMAO fucking spot-on
Remember when people got arms cut off when the writers wanted people out of the fight but not dead? Lets bring that back.
The only thing that I would give for Non-Force Sensitives becoming "force sensitive" is what they did in Rogue One, where Chirrut, who is not force sensitive, through intense decade long training and philosophy, has some level of connection to the force (mostly reflexes and some compensation for his blindness). as the force connects everyone, it makes sense that people without it naturally could gain SOME level.

said who
Said me, through the logic of there has to be a reason that in a Galaxy of trillions there are only a few thousand Jedi. That is no longer a life choice, that is a there must be a reason. There is so few.
"youre stuck in me skyguy" battle front 2 flashbacks hit hard bruh
With this whole show being little more than "Look, the character you recognize! Clap for us!", I think the funniest example of this is the one dude getting so excited whenever Mon Mothma shows up on screen. The one character they didn't expect any claps for.
I CLAPPED! I CLAPPED WHEN I SAW IT!
All cause of Andor
18:36 Luke in legends says the force is like a door. The more you train the more it opens. Some people have heavy doors, some light, some start with there’s wide open and others shut, but everyone has one
he said that in a canon comic book, the kylo ren backstory one i think
No that's new canon.
21:42 Thinking about cutaways the first blow hit and it immediately cut to an ad
23:17 she is like Deadpool in Deadpool 2 when Cable is shooting him and he slices 5 out of the 20 shot at him
enoch: *breathes*
zanny: HES LITERALLY ME
Hayden brought back the real lightsaber fighting to star wars. Nobody compares
Ahsoka is somehow great at being not bad while being bad.
10:46
But this is the Clone wars !
Zanny with a serious voice : i don't think this is cheap fan service, cause Clone wars is important for Ahsoka .
Truly a moment.😂
* Certified Fan badge *
He’s not wrong though. Like 90% of Ahsoka’s character development happened during the clone wars.
True but the lesson learnt from this flashback or whatever was already done in the clone wars. The whole giving up thing was out of nowhere when you look at her whole live action appearances.
@R-A-9she was already ahsoka the white at the end of rebels.
Filoni retconned that to give us a worse story of it lmao.
@Soupman03 it was relevant to the story because why????
"me looking for places to build my house" made me crack! xD
Cant wait for an andor s2 video of this format
Me when Zanny releases an Ahsoka video instead of a Spider Man 2 video: 🫡
Let him cook
All these gameplay reviewers have just shown so much gameplay
First Spiderman was better
That Lemongrab scream at 8:35 sums up my reaction to seeing Anakin perfectly lmaoo
“Star Wars is always best when it plays for nostalgia, unironically” damn, that’s a shame for actual good content out there
Star Wars KotoR 2 throwing in a bunch of nihilism did make for a good story. Too bad the game's unfinished.
But people won't admit it because of nostalgia
Bringing the passive OT Yoda in AOTC to have an epic duel with Dooku for no reason just cause?
That generation that grew up with the prequels, oh man :)
The mountain that Baylon was on had the mortis gods from that clone wars arc
15:31 Surprised no one mentioned the Ben 10 reference immediately.
I love all the references to better shows
Fun Fact: In the Star Wars books, maybe non canon now don't remember, there was a story were Obi-Wan and Anakin went to find Luminara and Barriss Offee were on a planet where the jedi weren't respected.
26:00 I’m surprised none of them mention the Father, Son and destroyed daughter statues Baylan was standing on
I really hope canon doesn't try to do something with Abeloth, though it seems like they will.
@kyrusxi Yeah, especially since Luke is like 1000x stronger than every other Jedi
More of this please. The show reaction is kinda cool
Brother
Sabine really out here midichlorianmaxxing so she can use the force
Seeing zanny and friends react to all of the show was amazing, def would watch more like this
15:20 charlie kirk?
its crazy that heras kid looks like that since we have examples of human/twilek kids from clone wars already, all they had to do was copy paste
can you guys do this for andor s2?
This show definitely is one of the shows that exists.
the actor for mon mothma also does the voice acting for Moira in Overwatch which is crazy to me
9:07 Ramon flowers is just a bakery
the “you lack conviction” scene is the best thing disney did, just the suggestion of anakins arrogance is intimidating
I like how the only reaction to ahsokas “death” was ‘Ashoker’
We're we supposed to interpret that as near death??
We had just watched sabine get impaled with a lightsaber like it was a minor inconvenience. So falling off a cliff into water shouldn't be an issue for someone as powerful as ahsoka lol
17:27 that ‘me’ man 😂😂
Truly one of the shows of all time.
24:50 is fucking devious if you close your eyes
19:13 10/10 CGI
I love the shade they keep bringing up against Star Wars Theory lmfao
Zanny has hella balls posting Disney content like this. And to get a sponsorship for it is crazy 😂. Love u Zanny
You and your friends are hilarious. I would love more content like this
This series should have been animated
Fucking hell, using For Honor terms for the Baylan ledging Ahsoka is too fucking funny man XD
5:13 the way I was begging for the inquisitors to NOT use helicopter lightsabers
I would’ve loved to see Kenobi reactions. That would’ve been hilarious.
Only Zanny and the boys could make this series more entertaining by simply watching it while having their usual, very insightful conversations.
Keep bringing up these videos - highly appreciated!
That lightsaber fight near the end of episode 4, I counted that shit, it was 10 fucking swings of the lightsabers before it cut away.
I think they genuinely used the Jedi: Survivor execution sound effect when Ahsoka won the duel in episode 8
Ahsoka is truly one of the shows of all times
Very wholesome, ngl. The joy was infectious and brought a genuine smile to my face while I was supposed to be studying for my midterms.
18:19 funnily enough, the first time they say everyone's connected to the force is in A New Hope
"The force is what gives a Jedi his power, its an energy field that exists in all living beings. It surrounds us, it penetrates us, it binds the galaxy together" - Obi Wan Kenobi
But even then, Obi Wan, doesn't say anyone can stick their hand out and use the force...
Everyone being part of the force does not mean that everyone can actually USE it.
@invidatauro8922true, i do think her suddenly wielding the force is weird, i was just explaining whats been established about the force
There's a reason mando has a metal shoot in gun, bullets move faster and they melt on lightsabers so you get hit with multin metal traveling slight slower than the bullet if you block, and if you don't it just hits you. If whats her name had metal shooting gun that fight in the woods could have been so fast
@5:28
Shin: wait, I killed you!
Sabine: I got better
Ahsoka certainly is a show that exists.
Btw I wouldn’t mind seeing more of this type of video in the future.
Disney Thrawn:
- We cannot underestimate them.
/2 minutes later/
- Send two TIE fighters, we don't want to waste resources.
Gets an entire 2 squads of soldiers killed, leaves them to be desecrated by witches. I'm sure that's how soldiers act.
@tarektechmarine8209and then he acts like that was such a massive win for him, like my guy you got cooked and had to run for it
it's crazy how much better Hayden Christianson clearly is at sword fighting by just two seconds of footage. It's obvious he put in the work compared to the others that look like their moving in slow-motion. It looks like he's giving Ahsoka lessons when their supposed to be fighting 🤣
OMG even the young actress for Ahsoka is so much better than the others 🤣 How did she get so much WORSEwith time!
In fact, he's better at it than most. Even Ewan Mcgregor can't cope with the new heavy lightsaber prop, him in Kenobi looked slow compared to Hayden.
@hilmanic28 yeah Hayden really gets it 👌 he makes it look and feel good
Ngl Ray actually wasn’t bad tho
is more a difference of how George and Disney handles those scenes. Christen knows because Lucas make sure that every Actor on the Prequels KNEW Sword Combat (except for Christopher Lee who... well... was Chirstopher MF Lee) so they trained them for hours during the filmation.
Disney adds the Sabers and most of the "Action" on post production
MORE, GIVE ME MORE
We need a commander gree helmet cameo 🙏🏼
24:25 the death trooper was like, “you serious man?”
The fact that AnarchyNinja is watching with you guys is a treat!
Wait he was?
The fan base is so deprived that the bare minimum is seen as the greatest scenes in cinema.
The moments when they were genuinely excited for like the Vader scenes and when he said a long time ago was so wholesome
Zanny: Just walks
Me (ENOCH): HE'S LITERALLY ME
sounded like boomstick for a sec
7:32 god, just watching these fights, their movements are so slow. You can feel how choreographed the scene is. It hurts to watch
The prequels and original trilogy were choreographed what’s your point
@Lady_Ashlynn_27 what I meant by that is that a good fight scene has clean movements that feel logical and quick such that they contribute to your overall immersion in the media. These scenes failed to do so, breaking my immersion and making obvious the fake nature of it all.
I'm glad we're all in agreement that the character design for Enoch is really cool
Not for a stormtrooper
too bad he was just a useless npc that disney uses for scamming kids into buying action figures
Zanny is on his villain arc of being a reaction RUclipsr
7:33 bro tried to do that one darth Vader move in Jedi survivor game
