    Thank you! I eat very close to a Mary’s Mini on a daily basis, simply because I eat to live and enjoy simple food. I usually make a giant pot of instant pot vegetable soup on a daily basis, steam up a ton of potatoes in my instant pot, and then eat them plain along with the soup. After 14 years of simple starch-based eating, I genuinely enjoy simple, SOS free foods.

    Thanks Gustavo for clarification on the beans. I spoke to Heather McDougall and hopefully she will change the Guidelines on the McDougall website which are currently not up-to-date.

    Breakfast, sauted muchrooms/cut up cooked potatoes, yum! Also used chopped dehydrated onions and black pepper.

    Y'all are thinking too hard. Haha, just eat potatoes and some veggies! I had hashbrowns for first breakfast. Hashbrowns and a banana for second breakfast. Mashed potatoes with green beans for lunch and some grapes. Sauteed kale, mushrooms,onion,garlic with air fried cubed potatoes and cherry tomatoes for supper. Thanks for the ideas Gustavo!🙂
