    Nutrition and weight is very, very complicated and the more we learn, the honest among us realize how much more there is to learn.

    You have lost all your weight. But I have NEVER in my adult life been a normal BMI. So going on and off this way of eating is very hard on the head. It makes me feel like a failure. I want to have the lightbulb moments that other’s have, but I am not there yet.

    Yes, me too. I fall off, but get back on more quickly now. The longer I eat this way (8 years) the better I get at choosing healthier options -- even when I'm in falling off mode.

    Great video Gustavo!!!❤What helped me the most was to stop buying all the new cookbooks these plant based people keep churning out. All I need is a handful of recipes to help me stay on the path to health. The more new recipes I try the more weight loss plateaus I experience!

    Weight also applies to food. You need to ingest a certain amount of weight to satisfy the biome. If all your weight coming in is treats, then you will have the shape of cakes and cookies. If the weight is greens and starches and whole grains day after day after day you will be able to control your weight effortlessly and move on to living life. When I put the weight in, there is no room for things that will make me gain weight. You can't outrun a bad diet and you can't starve yourself thin.
