I recomend you to do 3x15 pushups, it really helps but if ur lucky he will drop a chest workout, or u can look at his account banner and he has his own app for that
Depending on your body fat it will take mostly 1-2 year to show your abs but you should do full body exercise bcoz fullbody needs to show the abs i have some experience and i shared dont ignore plzz❤
Your neck shouldn’t be hurting when your doing ab workouts, if your neck is hurting that means your lifting out of your neck not your abs when your doing sit-ups and all that try to look up at the ceiling and that will help! Keep up the work bro 💪
